If I were her, I'd tell him the teacher told me about his inappropriate gift and gesture, and she asked that I be at all of the events from now on. That will embarrass him and make him think twice next time.

Teacher here. If a parent sent me flowers, a father, a married father, I would report that directly to my HR to cover my ass. It’s inappropriate and shows he doesn’t respect the teacher as a professional because why would you do that?

I think i would be even more upset bc it's our daughters teacher. Whether the teacher accepts it or not, i would feel like he made a total fool of me and now every other teacher is going to know also.

The only thing that she did not mention is whether she thought that the teacher was reciprocating or would reciprocate if invited out. It is not clear if he is the only problem or if both of them are the problem. I would send the flowers but add my phone # instead of his...just to see if she would respond.

Yes but she would probably lose her job over it. And in many districts, probably never work again. I imagine she just is trying to pretend it isn't happening and ignoring it and hoping it'll go away. But you're right, it's not half as much as what he's doing more than if she is reciprocating.

when my kids were in prek at their school there was a teacher who ill admit was so gorgeous, and every day at pick up time you should have seen the dads all lined up early waiting for her to bring the kids out...ive heard some of the comments of what they thought of her too...my ex being one of them....she never gave them a second glance but i swore this lady never ages lmao, all 4 of my kids had her as a teacher and they are spaced out alot and ive seen her still over the years. so maybe its just him having a crush and she runs into this alot in her career and its just him being infatuated...which isnt good but maybe she is used to this attention.

This guy has no respect for his family, his wife, his daughter, or the poor teacher. This is someone who needs therapy for being a total selfish narcissist. The fact that he would put his child in that situation, let alone his wife and the teacher, says a lot about how he is a horrible person.
