im not sure why she hanges up all the time its not like she isnt going to face him sooner or later you would figure that telling him on the phone may be easier than in face to face but irreguardless she will eventually have to confront him.

I'm pretty sure she was just staying on to see which spouse was onto them, her husband or his wife. Once she heard Tyler respond she knew who was caught...although I doubt it changes the ultimate confrontation. I think this is a case of at least emotional cheating and is close to becoming physical cheating. I'm sure its Tyler's or Dave's wife fault. Isn't it always.
