Is there a way to make it somewhat historical? It very bothering to see planes and prototypes from 1944+ in the 1940s...

Well you can mod it yourself and remove everything that isnt period correct but I would have no idea how you do that.

15:35 Exactly. Italian Libya was the center of the war in 1941. And the west of Africa was mostly controlled by Vichi France. I´d maybe accept Vichi as neutral (as their performance against the Allies was practically non existent) but certainly not as hostile. And why UK doesnt have its base in Alexandria and Cyprus, only god and the mod author knows...

Adding egypt as a base apparently is a problem with how the mod is made. He listed changes he made on the steam page. The game is still unbalanced but not nearly as much. I think he boosted AA power to compensate for too much airpower which is a bad idea. AA isnt perfect but lack of planes is.

@@DublinMarley P108, a little too powerful, really? You destroy almost 5 ships or more in 1 hour. These straight-line bombs are so OP that they kill enemy ships in every wave. Yes, improving AA power isn't the best solution, and he need to find a way to reduce the precision of these bombs.

This mod Really push things over. Airpower its just too much, and the way to compensate for this is to throw massive AA... all of this resulting in CVs being an absolute waste of CPs... why even bother with these. in the base game there are many ships limited by date... if the mod could have that done, a lot of ships shouldn't be allowed from day Zero (remember Iowas only joined the war by the time Italy was in civil war and Regia Marina switched sides. i do think the mod has potential for re-modding labor, reducing drastically ship pool up until Regia Marina sits at 1vs2 parity with Royal Navy (which was a greater navy but had many fronts to cover) and same parity with USNavy alone (so in practice 1/4 parity once USNavy joins war). But also the game could add only USNavy Ships that did participate in med campaign (being operation torch and the invasion of Sicilly the most recalled ones, but afar from Ranger and South Dakota, i can't remember the bulk of the USNavy taking a massive step into the med I really have no problem with Vichy France being Neutral ports, to be fair, Vichy France didn't participate in any battle except for Mers El-Kebir (that didn't resulted in any damage for RN) and operation Torch (which resulted in Vichy France ceasing to exist after loosing North Africa territorys). Campaign starts in 1940, so the rest of the war in the med should be an entire "what if", being the only constant the introduction of new ships. German ships should be removed except for subs (and torpedo boats that should be incorporated). It is reasonable to have tech innovation at some point, something that could be resolved for destroyers with "Batch 1" and "Batch 2" the first batch having no-radar and the others getting radar and improved AA but only released at jan 1942. Littorio and Vitorio Veneto could have a less capable radar and less improved AA while Roma and Imperio having improved radar and AA.

Man, you run at less than 70% of normal volume. I have my speakers maxed out, same in my browser, and I still barely hear you and absolutely can´t understand what you are saying. And I dont wanna use headphones in this scorching heat, especially with those super loud sounds like in 1:35

Please replace these horrible fictional or late war or after war aircraft for this 1940 scenario. And german destroyers in the Mediterranean ? Never happened .
