V C: It does indeed. I’m 66 so I remember when Black Sabbath was popular and I stayed away thinking it was evil. It’s just been in last couple of years that I ‘heard’ the song, you know, something catches in your ear and you listen a little more and more. Deep! I also remember the Vietnam war so when we were hit on 9/11 and we went to war, I KNEW it was going to not be over quickly and I was afraid it’s be another Vietnam. Sure enough, we are STILL there. God sees all and there will be judgement.

...she says, unironically, on a video written by a band named after a Satanic ritual whose main wheelhouse was songs with occult references and even using the "Devil's Tritone" as the main riff to the song they decided to name the band after, and fronted by a drug-addled man who self-proclaimed himself The Prince Of Darkness and bit the head off live animals on-stage.

Saved my life as well. I find that many of my favorite rock lyrics are life affirming, if you look beyond the song titles and dive deeply into them. War Pigs is a great example of a title of a song being very misleading.
@BobPapadopoulos
@BobPapadopoulos 2 жыл бұрын
@@stephenmiller2337 But there's nothing misleading about it. Pigs are known to be gluttonous animals and the song is about war mongering politicians and military brass, ie people who are gluttons for war.

@@grelm1322 A lot of people are willing to live with one-another without argument. Its the politicians that send people to war. Sometimes a war is moral such as stopping the Nazis, Imperial Japanese, and Fascist Italians from taking over everything and killing millions of innocents to do it, but other times its not, Toppling Sandam Hussain's regime was probably one of the stupidest ideas of the 21st century so far. It didn't make the world safer, if anything it made it less safe by removing the linchpin that held Iraq together and allowing groups like ISIS to come to power.

That last guitar solo…. I swear it is one of the best solo I’ve ever heard, it has so much feel, almost like an end to movie sort of thing, like it should be played at the end of a good movie, literally gives me shivers, so melodic, and I feel emotional too I’m 15, Indian, like literally people my age listen to pop and stuff, and I’m here at midnight listening to this, to calm myself down. It’s astonishing that I almost love everything from the previous generations, and I absolutely love history, the best, sometimes I feel I was a veteran in ww2 or something in my previous life.

you should pickup the guitar! that last part of the song isn't too difficult to play - hardest part for a beginner would be maybe bending the string and getting it to sound right. it's so kickass. rhythm is a little tricky, especially in other parts of the song, but it's so worth learning the whole song

@@mr.dudemeister7321 Yesss! This song is just awesome. I do play the guitar, I know the basic chords, power chords, strumming and stuff, but I still consider myself a beginner when it comes to soloing. I’ve got the minor pentatonic scale, and I can alternate pick, but accuracy is something that I lack. And I’m actually the drummer for my band. Tony iommi, slash, hendrix inspire me a lot. Great taking to you.

Tony Iommi and Ozzy are now making music together, as for the OTHER members of Black Sabbath, Those that are still alive, I am NOT aware if they are doing anything musically, I am REALLY kinda THINKING that maybe Tony and Ozzy may be the last of the Sab's. Maybe I am wrong? ANYWAY, Ozzy and Tony Iommi ARE recording new stuff. 1 of the new songs is called "Patient number 9". It's not really "new" it has been out for a while now. There is a video for it too.

And we will bail them out again. By we I mean the taxpayer. This world of credit must be sustained at any price. If money is needed it will be printed. The Consumer States of America. That's what we've become. The common denominator is the politicians...they, along with Wall Street & the Media have an incestuous relationship. Sit back & enjoy the shitshow as it unfolds before our eyes...
