Do you think the EF-2000 is faster than the F-15E?

When looking at the facts the F-15E is faster than the EF-2000 but I think the EF is just better for close air to air combat and CAS 'cause of its multirole concept. F-15E is pure power and EF is more of an sneaky and nimble predator :)
