It's easy, sometimes the corpses of destroyed tanks still despawn in war thunder so there was both a KV and a M4. The Italien sherman was the M4A4 that was bombed by the mustang

For anyone who is curious on why there was no dead Sherman tank by the KV, it has to do with how War Thunder registers a cookout/ammunition explosion. When the cause of a tank death is specifically the ammunition explosion, there is a high chance that the tank corpse is deleted, replaced by an explosive crater/marking, and you will typically have a very nice looking explosion with an occasional flying turret.

If you like the French first aa, check out the British one. It’s a vickers medium mark 1 with 4 Bren guns in an open top turret. And it’s actually pretty fast and smol

I was ridiculously confused at the Sherman part I saw the additional turret armour in the weird Sherman position and then the KV-1 gun mount and thought I was being stupid. Also Super Traktor best anti air, I deliberately used that thing until I got radar SPAA.

I higly reccomend Japan and Italy, both have amazing fighters with adequate bomb loads, the italians at low tier have a good balance or armor, mobility and weapons with APHE shells with great explosive filler and great tank destoyers ideal for ridgeline sniping, both trees later on rely heavily on mobility and firepower rather than armor tho
