Tbh, I think it's just the way the game processes kills now....

Thats coming from the new "severe damage" system. The +1 kill is from a plane he severly damaged, but that got shot down by a teammate. The game now registers how much damage you did and gives you a "assist" or "Severly damaged, assist counted as kill" message.

@@user-bm2xf6io3c yes. Super confusing some times. It has the same letterstyle like "Enemy destroyed" so I stopped chasing people in the first games because I thought they are dead... But they weren't and returned for revenge...
