5:23 the reason you didn't penetrate it is because even though you have enough penetration to penetrate a tank, the shell will simply shell splatter after Gaijin did something with it. I remember seeing Malzi for example kill T-34 and a Panther but now it does nothing.

As I understand it the USCH is an armored Mercedes UNIMOG. The unimog of you don’t know is like the size of a VW microbes but weighing in at the same as a F150. The thing has a tiny little diesel engine and 12 forward and reverse gears! They are known for their reliability and capabilities, a true go anywhere machine… that will get there at about 30 mph.

5:23 summary: Shots 1-10: Clearly "hit". Shots 10-20: Missed due to recoil (bad spray control). Shots 20-30: Very close to crew, but recoil and inaccuracy make these reasonable misses. Shot 31: Likely didn't actually hit because Spookston was already dead.

Anything with HVAP is unusable nowadays. I shatter my AMX-40's 20mm coax with 60mm of pen on BMP and Begleits all the time even though it should be able to pen it easily. Gaijin tries not to make their product worse challenge impossible. While on the topic. Could you play the AMX-40? 30HP/t, 20mm coax, thermals, 400mm pen dart, LRF. All at 9.7. Extremely good package.

my favourite thing about the amx40 is its excellent engine, so much more speed and acceleration compared to the amx32, aswell as more armour. im glad its not the only 9.7 vehicle anymore and now has a great lineup

since you said the ratel 90 wasn't bad, you should play the objectively awful ratel version; the ratel 20. it has the same bad mobility as the 90, but with the same weapons as the marder IFV, which doesn't sound bad at first, until you realise you're expected to fight king tigers and jumbo pershings with 7 slow moving ATGMs and an autocannon that can't even pen a panther's side (day 13)

-War Thunder labels everything as a tank, even if it technically isn't. -It's not an AA vehicle, it's a Reconnaissance Vehicle. It should have been classed as a Light Tank to get scouting, but Gaijin didn't for some reason.

Day 39 of telling spookston to play the IT1. its a ATGM launcher on the t62 chassis, it has decent-ish mobility, the turret is squished. You can hide behind cover and shoot ATGM over the cover like a gremlin and you overpressure tanks (tho it can be rare, but it does happen without you realizing) and its MG is really werid. Also it has a cool reload animation.

I use this as a late game cleanup vehicle. Eiter try to get a quick de-cap or cap, or try to stop light tanks from doing the same, while searching for planes to shoot down.

I feel the shell shatter issues so much. I spaded this thing a month ago. I played german low tier autocannon vehicles recently and found they shell shatter literally constantly on Bt-7s. I hadn't played low tier germany in quite a while, but I remember them being very fun not terribly long ago.
