JDAMs perform much better at higher altitudes, especially the 31s. They arent designed to be dropped at the low level altitudes you're flying - they clearly can work, but its far more reliable and easier to use at altitude. Both the 31s and 38s have a 150s guidance time and can be released FAR earlier than the CCIP/CCRP indicators give as a result of their gliding capability

Problem with the a10 is it takes so long to get to altitude. With the afterburning jets it’s a lot easier and quicker to do. Same problem with the av8b. It can carry 10 jdams but it’s so slow the game is over by the time you get set up.

Notice the green circles and X's? Those are friendlies. When the AWACS and land based Air Search radars are finally added (they're modeled), the A-10C will be able to see any enemy aircraft that are detected with a symbol denoting their position relative to the A-10. When this aspect of the JHMCS is added I figure the A-10C will be bumped up to 12.0. The F-16C Block 50 was retrofitted with it. The F-18C was too. I think the snail is just testing it on the least capable jet and even then not fully capable at the moment so as not to avoid breaking the game but when the radar is added, this is going to be an extremely potent feature.

I've been using JDAMs on the Gripen to counter AA's. Very fun and satisfying

Toast, you might wanna have a look in to the controls and there is a setting that changes the Fly by wire settings between, damping auto leveling and full control, when locking the bombs the auto leveling is usefull as hell. Also the SOI like it's in DCS would be hella nice. :D

Chinese did get glide bombs on JF-17 for sure and im pretty sure on J-10 as well

They blocked the use of the Pod with the AGM 65D, the A10c is now useless. How can you use a camera with the quality of a blind person?

I haven't got the fencer yet and I'm not buying JDAMs, so could you try out runway denial by dropping them every 5-10s at the spawn point?

Yeah I've seen that. I think Gaijin made the boats more difficult to damage too.
