Aside from adding new vehicles for top tier and low tier the existing BRs should be fixed and the vehicles in the french and italian tech trees which are literally shit should be buffed. Also the bugs and useless russian bias should be fixed. Gaijin gives russia vehicles and shit it doesn't even use properly but refuses to give chinese tanks proper armour

I said elsewhere. Gaijin after the next summer update with Fox3's should do a "Quality of life" update. Where they: -Rework air RB/SB. Adding more assets and airfields maybe larger maps for top tier RB and maybe implement helicopters in SB with additional stuff. IMO both modes needs new ideas and rework tho. And maybe SB would catch the attention of hardcore sim mfs and RB to be less monoton. Also filling the gaps for nations(Adding a subtree to Japan,giving french something else other than Leclerc's etc)

@@patriktoth6258 they need to fix ground realistic it has turned into a spawn camping simulator, it killed all joy in the game they should make loosing have a bigger penalty on earned sl and rp and make it impossible to damage players that are in spawn maybe or something because atm its horrible. i dont really think japan needs a sub tree becasue they have probably best tanks in game or some of the best 4 s reload is insane, countries like israel etc france in some segments have nothing basicaly, israel has no top tier spaa or ifv i mean

Another issue on the ground for me is the 1 death players. I'm not gonna lie,but i love 5.0+/- more than 10.3 for example. There's no safe place for guys who got proper full line-ups from premium mfs

the uk would really benefit from having the desert warrior, a warrior export model only for kuwait that had the warrior hull (idk about the engine) with a bradly turret but with a different ATGM arrangement, it has 2 TOW launchers one on each side of the turret, this is the only realistic and historically accurate "light tank" that could be added to the uk for 10.0 lineup

British Grant in tech tree aswell as churchill 7 and cromwell 5 getting the correct amuniton for their 75mm they were given a 75mm so that they could use the american ammunition all the CVRTs and upgraded versions of the warrior and MBT80 (competitor to the challenger 2)

The LAV you where talking about is (if it has thermals) almost identical to the VBC PT1 in the italian tech tree (with the only difference being rate of fire) and that is overpowered at 9.0 so the LAV does not belong at 7.3

One vehicle i think a lot is the Patria an the Boxer family. Both came to the game by being event vehicles like the CTCV ou the Vilkas but both have a lot of other variants that can be add to german, swedish and even british tech tree.

I have been personally interested in the Scorpion for a long time as well as it's stable mates the Scimitar, Samson, Samaritan & Spartan. But adding a vehicle with zero anti armour capability, is a non starter. Infantry support vehicles like the Matilda Mk 1 are a non starter without infantry.

The t57 and t58 heavy tank projects and maybe the t69 medium would be interesting additions. If they want more lazy additions they could add more T95 mbt variants(pretty much name ANY American project from the Cold War and its turret would be on a T95 hull at some point). I wish they had added more unique SPGs instead of copy/pasting the m109 into every tree. Vehicles like the m53 or m55, As90 and such. I would love more interesting prototype vehicles. Things like the G.W Tiger (it had a hull built) and fv3805 (tested then had gun removed for use as observation vehicle).

A pretty good SPG that could be added to WarThunder in the US tech tree would be the XM-2001 Crusader. It would likely be place at like 9.0 or 9.3 if I had top guess. but then again the VIDAR is at 8.0 so idk.

you know what I also find really weird... that there is only one tank in game that uses the milan 2 apparently.... for context at least according to the war thunder wiki only the warrior uses the milan 2. then like 5 vehicles total use the milan 1.

I feel like the m7 medium ww2 tank should've been added as an event vehicle by now. Theres the char b1 a heavy infantry tank that sort of looks like the b1 bis it instead has a 47mm naval gun no track covers over top of hull and a different turret.

The issue with adding more East German vehicles is that you would slowly destroy the insensitive to play the Russian tree. Such is already somewhat the case when many of their and Germany’s vehicles can be found on countries that are a shorter grind.

They need to add the BMDs like BMD-1/2 and BMD-3 and the BMD-4M. BMD-1 is just the BTR-ZD but take the AA off and add bmp-1 turret. Then BMD-2 is the same hull but a weird turret with bmp-2 cannon. BMD-3 will be a new hull but BMp-2 turret and the BMD-4M will be the BMD-4 you you can add side armor.

Lav25-A2 is what should be added, smoke gernades, LRF, Thermals, 25mm APFSDS at 7.3 im not sure if it has ESS but it might. problem is this thing is only 7.62 proof from all angles. and .50 cal resistant from the front. meaning .50 cals and up will pen it. and 14.5mm will go through it easily from all angles. i kinda also wanna see the BMDs, we dont have any BMDs aside from the one that u cant get anymore. A6E Swip is something that should be added to the US along with the UH-1Y and the AGR-20C M247 Heat APKWS rockets. Buddy lazing and SEAD missiles too.

2s9 nona-s would be a better pick (a bmd 1 with a 120mm howitzer). We already have the bmp-1 (and a ton of them), so a more mobile version is not exactly needed.

There are 2 variants of the LAV-25, it is of course the LAV-25 and the LAV-25 (TOW), the TOW has 2x launchers, one on either side of the turret that is capable of launching TOW-2 missiles but started off with I-TOW missiles.... The LAV-25 (non tow variant) has darts as an ammo variant, it is not just APDS, so 7.3 to 8.0 would not fit for this vehicle, however, I could see it being 9.3 to 10.3, while the tow variant being 9.7 to 10.7

We have more variants of the LAV platform than just the 25 and the LAV-AT. It’s just a 25mm bushmaster and nothing else to it than a 240 coax and 240 bravo as the up gun. Trust me you don’t want to be trying to fight modern tanks with it. There’s a reason why we were always told to get the hell out, avoid engagements with tanks and request for resources with anti-tank capabilities to get out there instead. Should we have ever had to be in that situation.

@@Bandit0313 Oh yeah, however, I wasn't talking about the LAV-AT when I mentioned the TOW variant, there was 2 of the LAV-25 variant that had TOW launchers installed on them, in fact I think an M2A2 Bradley had the same thing installed for some reason... However, we could also get the fire and forget hellfire variant as well And speaking of the M2A2 Bradley's, there are variants of that as well with Hellfires, FIM-92 systems and a combination of different systems, the LAV also has this experimental thing going for it, in fact I believe there was 1 that had AIM-9P's put on it

I did find an image of it a few months ago but forgot where I put it :/ I have been searchng for it since we started talking here about it, but there are many more variants than you just listed... The lav-25 should of been added to the game a long time ago i agree. But it would be much faster with more acceleration the Bradley, making the lav25 a true flank and spank with speed getting those pesky side and rear shots on the enemy. Also the Bradley has been slapping BTR's in the field. like its not even competition

you also have to count older WW2 tanks that still have not made it into the game.... like the German Stug IV which isntead of a Panzer III chassis was a Stug mounted on a modified Panzer IV chassis, also from WW2 we have not even seen the long anticipated Marder III Aus. M variant with the pak 75 mounted towards the rear of the chassis instead of center mounted like previous models currently in game. Also waiting on the M2 variant of Bradly Fighting Vehicles in particular the M2A2 variant that sported ERA packages around the main sides of the body front upper hull and certain points on the turret.... still waiting on that one in particluar.

You could’ve put “Cold War” in the title to make it a less misleading title as that is the focus of the video. Considering the remarkable lack of variety in the list, almost the entire video is Russian vehicles for the 8.0 to 9.3 bracket when examples of vehicles needed in other areas exist. Low tier USA is largely vacant with things like M7 Priest and M7 medium tank missing entirely despite being mass manufactured The US lacks proper SPAA in a number of large gaps. The US is also lacking its eight or so oscillating turret designs. An M41 with a 90mm autoloader sounds pretty cool to me. The Nashorn’s sibling the Hummel is still missing & so are the 8 or vehicles using the Sig 33. The Hungarians are still missing many domestic creations like the TAS 44m The Finnish lack most of their captured weaponry. While M109s have helped most countries lack domestic SPHs. The Italians could get the Palmaria (Leopard with a 14 second reloading 155) & the Porcupine (Centaro with 155 @ 7.5 seconds) for example. Sweden as a nation still lacks heavies despite the Finnish KV-1B being in game in the German tree. Just saying this list is VERY hyper focused on one area of ground.
