The map is always a day or two out of date due to relying on the Ukraine Ministry via Deep State who works closely with Syrsky's office. Watch Weeb then this and you will see this channel reflect Weeb's map always at least one day behind as Ukraine Ministry delays announcing losses until they are sure they cannot be won back by counter attacks.

In case you haven't noticed, the IDF is failing where Russia is winning! Russia has not only changed the doctrine of land warfare through the use of drones but also has rendered "Blitzkreig" Obsolete as well. No longer is taking territory as quickly as possible the main objective. Destroying the enemy is the objective! Only after the enemy has exhausted himself by counterattacking one too many times and smashing himself against your defenses do you move in a secure territory.

Rapid advance does not work when it be is playing the long game. This is what makes the Army and Marines different and not as redundant as one might think. Marines get their support from the fleet. Time and resources are limited so Marines advance rapidly casualties be damned! The Army is in it for the long haul. As such, the Army advances slowly and cautiously in order to minimize casualties. You cannot fight long term taking immense casualties. This is why Marines are referred to as "Glorified bullet catchers" An Army veteran once claimed "Marines fight harder, not smarter". The Army Rangers and Airborne units are sometimes referred to as "The Army's Marine Corps" Or "The Army's crayon eaters" Dame fanatical advance rapidly at all costs

@lamartinepierre5164 Look at the depth of Donbas, it doesn't end with Pokrovsk or Kostyantynivka. Ukraine's poured significant resources to building defenses around and connecting the cities of Slavyansk, Kramatorsk & Duzhkivka along H-20 highway. Not to mention various other population centers even further westwards like Dobropillya. Although the Russian offensive activities have been fruitful at the current scale it is impossible for to achieve advances amounting to many dozens of kilometers northwards and westwards through fortified urban clusters. That's why I cover shorter range objectives such as Pokrovsk and Niu-York but even then the process of even reaching them/securing flanks/targeting logistics plus tactical pauses will be time consuming.

Because it has been obvious that they haven't targeted civilians. Even though they blame them a lot. Most have been failed air defense missles. Easy to tell by the size of the damage. Or blamed that the hit civilian building. We know the military uses hotels schools and buildings by the videos they post. Last clue by the civilian casualtie rate by Ukraine. Something like 2000. That is unheard-of. Most conflicts it's civ/mil 1 to 1

Too much speculation; the reason the grunts broke through was because of a weak Ukrainian brigade, the 115th, replacing the elite 47th brigade in the line - not because the grunts are superior tacticians. Same thing happened at Soledar when the Ukrainian 24th replaced the elite 93rd 'Kolodny Yar', remember? This advance will eventually grind to a halt as it did then (which culminated in the mincing machine at Bakhmut). Ukraine will bounce back - it is their homeland that they are fighting for, after all.

You forget , or perhaps are unaware that many soldiers fighting on the Russian side are also Ukrianian. Born and raised in Ukraine and only recently became full blown Russian citizens, most of whom wouldve glady remained Ukrainain had the terms of the Minsk agreements been carried out by Zelensky, a promise he made during his presidential campaign. The people of Donbass, Luhansk and Crimea are also fighting on thier homeland. This is more of a civil war than one between Russia and the Ukraine. More akin to the Korean or Vietnam wars with both sides being backed by global superpowers attempting to sway what is ultimately an internal dispute.

190k Russian soldiers, about 156k combat troops were no match for 800k Ukraine soldiers... so they pulled back and build the fortified positions that cost 195k dead and 36 brigades destroyed. Now they hit back with actual combat power.
