Newly released login screen for War Within, updated visuals and full extended theme. Much better than the original beta login, and actually amongst my top 3 favorite login screens, very well done!

I absolutely LOVE the second theme that starts at 1:16. I think it really sets the tone for this expansion perfectly: Azeroth is wounded, dying even, crying out for help. The actual world itself we've been living on and protected all this time is at grave danger. Not from outside threats, but from within itself. The theme feels so chaotic and unnerving, you can feel something is wrong. In the beginning it's trying to find a balance between the melody and the percussion, but one of these two is always off and their tempos and volume never seem to synch up with eachother for long. And then at 1:51 this crazy build-up starts that just keeps on getting more and more tense, really building the pressure for something BIG... Absolute masterpiece. logging in will take me so long this expansion because I'll be waiting for this theme to finish first

Unless it's already been officially stated we will (in which case ignore this response), no, this Login Screen alone doesn't mean that. The same happened with Dragonflight - we got a veiled, short loop Login Screen without dragons in it during the pre-patch, and then the full suite + dragons after the expansion's official release. Not one other login screen after that.

It's no wonder the current live login screen felt so undercooked. It's clear Blizzard wants this to be an evolving login screen that changes with each new major patch to represent the current stage of the story. It's actually an ingenious idea when you really think about it and requires significantly more effort than previous screens that remained the same throughout an entire expansion's lifecycle.
