I always thought that WC3's fast pace (specially in ladder and competitive play) didn't do its art style and assets justice... Of course the graphics look dated today but If you just slow down a bit a take the time to appreciate the maps, tilesets, creeps, the cozy creep camps, critters walking around, waterfalls, all the different kinds of trees, etc. the game had a really cozy, warm, RPG feel that you never truly appreciated when playing online.... Whenever I watch replays or pro matches, my eye always wanders to those small houses and huts and thinking something like: "Man those poor town residents or creeps... They can't be left in peace and have to constantly watch these annoying armies fight each other all day"

I may be wrong, but Funny could've modified a melee Map via Map editor. Map editor allows you to play with camera (as we see in in-game cutscenes), so I would assume that it's that. Quite simple to work with, really, once you grasp the basic instruments. Hope it helps! :) TL;DR: modifying melee Map via Map Editor camera tool

Oh, I didn't know they fixed the ambient sounds in Reforged (the sound of wind, birds, frogs, crickets, etc). Can anyone who has the latest version of the game tell me if they also fixed the movement sounds that are supposed to be heard when certain units are moving (Archmage, Knight, Siege Engine, Flying Machine)? This has been broken for many years and I'm curious to hear whether it finally works properly.
