@@braintrain4310 Fair enough, but half isn't, and even then, it's a lot better than having just the Warden in the vanilla Deep Dark where every Ancient City feels very much the same. Like, once you've seen one, you've pretty much seen them all. What I'm saying is that the Mojang official updates they take so long to develop for a game with such simple graphics are lackluster. And I know they have prototyped early designs (models, animations, all of it) for the Warden, they should've put them as replacement for regular mobs like zombies in the Deep Dark.

This is just an adventure map. Since there's no way to add dimensions using Bedrock addons, the map is likely set in the overworld or end. (Probably not Nether due to it's fog and particles)

They're busy with other stuff. For the past year, their team has been working on releasing a new version for two codebases for several different devices, as well as reworking the Java edition lighting engine. Also considering that their new features have several iterations and go through testing, concept art, and idea board phases. It's a little different than using limited tools to create a Marketplace map, since hardcoded features played by millions take more time to implement and bug fix

@Архив TheMaifich Servers are completely fine, you just don't choose the right ones, I have a garbage computer that cant run java after 1.17 update, however it can run bedrock 1.19, and smoothly. It is very performant, and when you say it has horrible fps you are sorely mistaken. I dont even know why you hate the graphics they are fine. Animations arent that cringe and java has some too. There are also many nice features in bedrock not in java such as potions in cauldrons and ravagers and withers more powerful. In bedrock you can play with far away friends more easily without even needing payment or external sources. And something many people forget is that most things are the same between versions so which one hardly even matters beside what version your friends play on.

@Архив TheMaifich Also even though the moding capabilities for bedrock are limited, the process of making the mods is easier, and by the way, To run mods beside the limited datapacks on java you need an external version of mc; Forge, Fabric, or something else.

I think a neat touch to an actual sculk dimension would be no sound. All sounds there are removed, making one deaf per se. You dont generate sound at all and this would explain why the sculk reacts so strongly to it. Just my thoughts. As for this trailer, i am impressed by the designs and ideas. Especially the fact you created a boss that is even scarier than the Warden itself. A centipede that can climb around builds.

Fun fact: this mod has been in Java Edition since August of 2023, under the name Deeper and Darker. Bedrock players should pick up the better version to get content like this earlier.

it is easy for normal people to make these mods because they don't have to think about it very hard. There are many things to think about such as how many people will really like it? does it attract new players and would old players hate it? does it nullify other features like netherite kind of did? netherite was very close to making diamond things useless. Mods can do it without thinking because then not everyone needs the features. If an update is added and people want to play with friends or want some features but hate others, they wouldn't be able to play, or they would play with hated thing. With mods you choose each mod, you cant skip features from 1 update but get them from the next.

And this right here proves that minecraft wont be adding the sculk dimension, because if thy had plans for it they wouldn't let this be a priced dlc and instead would wait to release it in the future, mods they would allow because everyone makes mods of things they enounce or have plans. but seeing as this is something you can buy shows that minecraft doesn't mean to add this in the future. think if people bought this and played it then that's there experience done, but if they were going to release there own then they would let people wait until there's comes out so that the players could have a new exiting experience. everyone was so hype for the sculk or warden dimension that they felt bad for players and to not loose that many of them they released this to fill in what they wanted that will never come to the main game.

Bruh, A lot of people say "WOW THIS IS SO COOL, MOJANG SUCKS" but do we really need this kind of stuff in the game? - average users wouldn't see it in a casual game - in my opinion it is just a dimension made on a whim and not because it is necessary - most things are very addon/mod that don't fit with the vanilla Minecraft style (and you'll tell me "everything seems mod until it's officially released", yes, officially, not from the community) Minecraft currently doesn't need this kind of thing to be "cool"
