Wardrobe Malfunctions, Epic Dinner Tables, and Bathroom Parties: a Met Gala Timeline | Lily Aldridge

Today is the first Monday of May, when my favorite night of the year, the Met Gala, usually takes place! Since we can’t be there tonight, I thought I’d share some of my favorite memories - from my unexpected first Met experience in 2010 all the way to last year when I wore a GORGEOUS GOWN with a (really uncomfortable) latex bodysuit that smelled like popcorn!!!
Thank you to Anna Wintour and all of the amazing stylists, designers, hairstylists, makeup artists, manicurists, drivers and friends that have made my Met experiences so incredibly memorable and magical!!
P.S. I didn’t have a glam squad this year for Met Monday and I’m also currently a homeschool teacher, so please excuse the lack of glamour 🤪
