Yes! Same here! My cashmere gets loads of knots (or whatever you call it), I dont not dare to was silk shirts in the washing machine (even though it is hand was program). I would just love to get some tips how to keep them fresh in between dry cleaning!

we just bought a new wardrobe a few weeks ago. i totally agree that uniform hangers are so important. i bought quite flat velvety one's. except from knitwear and things like simple tops i hang everything since it saves so much space. love my new closet and ist so easy to keep it cleaned up.

Former GAP employee here, and have to say I will never forget how to do the GAP fold on anything! All my hoodies are round folded and everyone laughs when they see them 😆 this has inspired me to try and declutter my wardrobe AND my partners! Just a question for you, where do you keep your gym wear/pyjamas? I didn't see any in the wardrobe :)

That's all my everyday clothing! PJ's are folded into a drawer under my wardrobe and then workout gear in the drawer under that x

I used to have a flip N fold as a child (I legitimately asked for one for Christmas - I think I was just addicted to the infomercial tbh) and while it was thrilling at first, I found that I just preferred doing it by hand.

Hanging your scarves the way you suggest, will have the same effect on them as hanging jumpers. They'll stretch. It's best to fold all kinds of knits.

Haha my husband worked at Abercrombie back in the day and he is very disappointed with my folding skills. I try, but it just doesn't compare to those perfect folds! I think I need one of those cardboard pieces to help because I agree, hanging knitwear just doesn't work :)

Instead of a piece of cardboard just use a cutting board :) It will hold up over time better, just don't use it for cooking!
