Ello my dears!
Here we are with another speed build today. I wanted to start building come multi-lot homes ready for the new expansion, so first up are these townhouses that have been renovated from an old warehouse. I've left 2 for you to furnish however you wish! ENJOY!

the way you plop the doors and windows and fences you're using for the build on the lot is so simple but completely changed the way i build. it's so much easier i can't believe i never did it before lol these townhouses are beautiful! i want to live in them!

I cannot wait for this package. I have been building living spaces above commercial properties for the past six months so there was no wasted spaces. Now it looks like I might be able to turn all those properties into actual livable units. An EA lot I would LOVE to see turned into apartments is the one that I ways thought was already an apartment in Willow Creek - that ultra modern one on the left hand side of the land - It's like three or four levels and is set up with the dumbest kitchen ever. LIght wells are very common in NYC, as it was made illegal sometime in the 1800's (early 1900's maybe?) to have any apartments/bedrooms without windows for health and safety reasons. There's some really neat ones, including one i've seen that's shaped like an hourglass!

Awesome as per usual! You are the best sims youtube content creator BY FAR. If you feel like getting inspiration, you could combine building from Google Earth and the apartments and build something from Barcelona. In the city center, especially in Gracia, each apartment building is so unique and filled with "arquitectural detail"... I really think you would love to at least have a look.

You could also change the Spencer Kim Lewis House into an Apartmenbuilding, if you still want to renovate a EA House. The size of the House and the garden could work for nice Apartments with a great Communityspace.

fab content im from sarf west london between the carbunckle that is croydon and brixton , i live in place called norbury and round back croydon lots busineses and i can just imagine a warehose like this being converted ive been to plymouth and cornwall my grand parents retired to truro near the viaduct and i can see this fitting in cornwall as well ive placed them on my ps5 sims 4 i used to play this early day on pc played sims 1 but my autism and steam doesnt see eye to eye
