Came home from work tonight and cracked open a few beers and listened to Solstice - Transmogrified, - dialed into a few more favorite Solstice tracks and then this video showed up in the side bar. Never heard this band before - pure aggressive riffage! Bass player and guitarist pummeling their right hand into these beast riffs, with rapid fast beats behind it all. Bummed that I don't live in Scandinavia anymore, really wanna see these fellas perform! Cheers to all Warfect fans!

I wouldn't label their music as thrash or death or black.. it has ALL these elements and its heavy, brutal and aggressive. I haven't heard such kind of killer riffs since the almighty Jon Nödtveidt passed away, and I think the influence of Dissection in their music is more than obvious! Keep up the good work guys, you deliver!

This is truly excellent, but I fear your balls might be in danger - Listen to Ripper's new album 'Experiment of Existence'. It's by myself and a multitude of other longtime listeners the best album in the genre since Hypnosia or the classic Merciless records. I'll try to not hype it too much, but I recommend giving it a go! With Warfect and Ripper out we've actually got some excellent standalone records reigning this year, that's for sure (but I prefer Ripper for sure)!
