If I recall there’s two albums set for 1999 so they released the first album with the first part of 1999 and then the second being released as echoes of 1999

The Drifter you saw had Head 2 and 6, with a 48% Blend. As for the outfit, for this video I used the Grunge set without the hood or waistband to pull off the look.
