Quick tip, you can use Airsupport from the Parallax to highlight the Orokin Vault, so if you use it inside a big room that connects to few tiles it will make the process of finding the vault a lot easier

Yes, you can. But, you need to use it at an accurate spot as the Orokin vault might not be in range.
