There is one voice line I heard, but haven’t heard it repeated since. Something like “Lua… the miracle… do you know what it cost?”

I love how after this quest if you talk to Loid he sometimes says that "Hunhow's daughter seems content to guide your missions from here." Which leads me to believe Lotus uses the old windows xp computer he has on his desk to guide us.

The vessels are the large humanoid constructs we see in the labs/possess in whispers in the wall, but it could also possibly refer to the protoframes.
