Very important to note the price of items goes up with time. The good mods and weapons go for 50 when they're fresh but easily double (maybe triple) after a couple months. Always double check WF market statistics for prices

My biweekly routine: 1. Buying prime junk on trade chat before baro 2. Selling junk for ducats, sometimes on wfmarket of its worth it 3. Buying good mods and prisma weapons when baro arrives 4. Waiting After that i wait until items/mods become expensive enough and sell them. >grofit

@@iForix so, i pay 1 plat for 15 ducats worth of prime junk. One prime mod costs 300 ducats so i pay 20 plat for it. I sell them usually when they reach 80/90 plat, so i have 60/70 plats of profit per mod. Total proft depends on amount of mods i buy. Investing in prisma weapons is less viable because their price depends largely on quality, but it can also bring nice plats

@@SSebson Its not worth it to buy Prime Parts that are worth only 15 ducats. Stick to the 45 / 100 ducat ones and get them as cheap as possible

I think the most efficient way of earning plat is to not sell the Prime Parts for Ducats and then buy mods you sell. But instead, sell the Prime Parts directly. Put all your items on the Warframe.Market this way and you'll earn the most plat/Ducat. Using this method I bought 3 deluxe skins and rushed 1 Warframe of 72 hour craft (Just couldn't wait to play Mesa Prime, no regrets)

For newer players, you can farm some primed trash(2-3p parts) and sell them to people who are buying primed trash, they usually buy those parts for 1 up to 6/7p per part depending on how rare the part is, you can make some clean 100p in roughly a day, but please be careful with the trade chat, don't get scammed.

I'm a new player and I got Equinox Prime (I got the chest plate part). How would I be able to know if I'm being scammed? I also got another prime which is a type of melee weapon but I can't build it, can I still trade it though?

I find that the problem with trying to make some plat by selling prime warframe sets is just about every other guy is trying to do the same. The market is too saturated with people selling the same thing and another issue is that a lot of plays have these parts already unless its a new warframe or a vaulted one. So it becomes a complete waste of time. typing in your message over and over again and sitting around for god knows how long till someone shows interest.

I play the long game. Try to keep 10ish sets of everything. Things get vaulted, then wait 6-10 months later. Sell those prime sets for way more then you bought them. Sold Loki sets for 300p recently. Sold ember primes when they got first vaulted for 1000p, frost prime for 600p. This was a year or so after first being vaulted, years ago. I don’t think sets will ever go that high again. Still plat to be made.

@@SSStevie Ok, but I'm not commenting on whether or not buying plat is what keeps the game going. I'm merely stating that in a game that does not offer anyway to acquire its special currency of choice in any purely game play related way (as a reward from missions or activities, as in you get the actual currency, not items for trading) all of said currency in circulation is buy necessity bought or in other words: "Someone, somewhere had to buy it first for real money." As such the concept of "free plat" is not entirely... accurate. And I'm not making statements on whether or not i think this is a good/bad thing.

I personally have bought plat, but on the other hand I also use it as a means to show support to the devs. I mostly even use it for warframe or inventory slots tbh. I have bought some mods and such, but I must also admit that I agree. Someone had to buy it, but the way warframe works in this manner of trade is very good imo.

@@Randaprime If you are aware of it and are ok with it, by all means. Personally, the plat price is a bit too steep for me considering what it can get you. I think Helldivers 2 hit the mark with how much money their currency should cost vs what you can buy with it. Though, everything is mandated by the Devs and you can earn it in game as well so there are some significant differences between the two economies. Meaning the HD 2 model is not directly applicable to WF.

The video idea is good and all, but I would post again when Baro come again and at earlier time and show some examples for Prime mods and such high value , for a new player some of things said here doesn't make sense or they don't have enough knowledge and I would show a better example for Prime parts that you should trade in for ducts as of the time of the vid. I'm saying all of this assuming this vid for new players, anyway I'm sure some got good info from this but you can do better have a great day Tenno
