It was me, Barry, I altered some events in the past so that Volt would become the standard SpeedForce conduit instead of you.. Btw I believe Volt is Barry Allen and Gauss is Wally West.. their personalities are alike

The thing is that there's pretty much no area where Volt can achieve his top speed with a Speed+Infested Mobility build. Because it takes a while for him to reach top speed. He almost never can, it's almost a waste. (Prepare for the Gauss mains who think they're faster because of their FOV sliders, or Titania mains bringing their jets to the car meet)

@@Krome0somes ok i did some testings and sad to say that you still need to activate its incarnon form for you to get that speed buff. I'm using ceramic dagger incarnon for 30% speed and i tested with and without the incarnon form. I also did notice my legs running faster after making my ceramic dagger into its incarnon form compared to without (and yes I did this without the use of Amalgam Serration to see it more clearly). So sad to say, ur best use in races would either be Innodem or Karyst Prime as Innodem also gives 10% movement speed when handheld like karyst prime.

Yeah no sht they have faster base sprint speed, so if you mod for speed it will still be slower since their base is higher

Gauss Prime just has 10% higher sprint speed than the normal Gauss. It doesn't really make any difference with making him faster than Volt, Volt still is faster than Gauss.
