Why ceramic over magistar?

cuz gara has 0% cc and ceramic provides 30% base meaning that ceramic has higher dps on gara then the magistar

less duration = refreshing 2 more with mass vitrify = faster damage increase This is warframe, if you’ve played long enough u should know that there are many ways to build a frame.

@@nobuwastaken unlike you I know how to play Gara. I know about stat stick, I don't spam her skills like crazy monkey. If you play her long enough you should know that most important is 12x combo to deal biggest damage to her Shattered Lash and Splinter Storm. Still pathetic.

I can explain a bit, basicly gara is a statstick warframe, so u need mele atribut to make her good, just like the title, he max the investment by using melee incarnon + good riven.
