Not trying to be disrespectful, just sharing notes, with that said your build is not setup to be the strongest Mesa ever, it has no scaling modifiers, you could pull 30% more base ability str, you have less than 4,000 base damage on your regulators, and you're over invested in fire rate. The Adarza is a big weakness it gives a nice crit buff but forces you to slot defense mods to deal with statuses and you miss out on more STR. There's a few more things I can point out already but like you said "the build isnt completely done yet".

Thank you for the kind words and I'm not saying what you should do, just what you could do. Regulators: In my full opinion I would change Anemic Agility for Accelerated Isotope(+60% Rad & +40% fire rate) it's more damage, you can get it from the new missions on Deimos, also use Primed Convulsion(+165% Electricity) but that comes from Baro. Companion: I would use "Wyrm Prime" over Kavat but that's if you have it, Wyrm's Negate would allow you to take out Rolling Guard for more Ability Str, I say Wyrm Prime because it has shield capacity to trigger Reinforced Bond. Mesa: I would change out Primed Sure Footed as Mesa can't be knocked down while Peacemaker is active, I suggest Power Drift or Mesa's Waltz, you could switch Arcane Velocity for Molt Augmented, your already getting high fire rate and Peacemaker also increases fire rate when her "target circle" shrinks down. Augur Secrets over Augur Reach and you could fit in Transient Fortitude, with these changes you could get 274% STR then use Precision Intensify and when everything is fully active you would have over 400% STR for Mesa's Peacemakers. The only thing left to figure out is energy economy and keeping companion abilities ready at all times.

up for this. I did try molt augmented the other day it hits better. energy nexus/equilibrium should do the trick for the energy. also iirc mesa with this kind of build doesnt need that much range since it only affects the peacekeepers fov, it'll shrink anyway.

I like to do slide attacks for movement so it builds over guard with [primes leader pack] - also bullet jumbs into enemies builds it - and i spam phantasm's ult fire and reload it between rotations so it builds up shields to my kavat with [reinforced bond] u can add a health mod to that
