Gaz might actually be onto something with saying DE makes blunders as PR moves... Every single update Warframe has received, there has been something messed up which the community calls out and DE "fixes" things and then they get showered with praises by their white knights. So either DE are being malicious, or they're THAT incompetent, with a good chance of being both tbh; but there definitely is a pattern... Still remember that podcast Quiette Shy, Tactical Potato, Brozime, and Cephalon Jizo did with DE Scott. And all DE Scott did during that podcast was just cry "woe me, you guys are harsh" and the thing that stuck out to me is how everyone just ate it, hook, line and sinker everyone including the comments began to apologize to Scott. I made a comment stating how Scott should strive to improve since the criticisms from content creators to him were good advise for the most part, and there were some who agreed with me, but it didn't take long for others to come to DE Scott's defense. And has anything really changed since that podcast? Has the system improved since DE Scott's promise to improve? Then how can we forget Rahetalius' infamous video calling out the chat moderator system in Warframe? DE accused Rahetalius of "personal attacks", but then they saw that most people agreed with Rahetalius so they "apologized" afterwards. But have the problems with chat moderation ceased?

Funny thing what GAZ mentions about gender-swap warfrmes, DE attempted this while on pre-alpha with Nyx - she is basically female Excalibur, they just swapped the body shape, helmet and some of the colors. So no point on even considering doing that now if they didn't do it back then.

19:30 I've been saying this could be a nice thing for duviri maybe. If warframes aren't accessible on the duviri plains and instead you find weapons for your drifter randomly that would at least make your loadouts feel unique. Say you enter the paradox with your drifter, summon the horse and go exploring only to find a new amprex; this one has corrosive and a higher crit chance than the one you are currently using which has viral and higher base damage. Now you will be faced with the dilemma of loadout space. Maybe you just found an ogris with nightwatch napalm and radiation but it does terrible damage or some other unique set of stats You can either a. take the new weapon in place of your secondary and carry both but leave your secondary behind or b. leave the plains, store one of your two weapons (2 primaries, 2 secondaries or one of each) then return to try to find it again. Duviri can have a storage system unique to the area; you cant pull a zarr or envoy in, instead having to use the weapons found/made there because of their link to that plane or some other void magic reason. They could make armor an actual useful stat when its not stacked to crazy high levels and have craftable clothing sets which give unique bonuses as individual pieces, and a strong buff or buff+curse combo depending on the rarity of the gear found/crafted they could really do something with duviri but these were just my initial thoughts 1:14:55 It would be nice to hear an echo of Ballas talking to Hunhow on modding or even an "interactable cutscene" of him explaining how the mods work and why warframes & weapons of the same type seem to vary in power. A nice hint to us of his existence early on so it doesnt feel so shoehorned in

It feels like DE made this game for people to go by word of mouth and let the player base teach people instead of doing the work themselves to teach new players early on. Crafting times need a serious reduction/rework. The grinding is what I love about this game, but the fact I have to grind as much as I do and then wait (if I have everything to craft a frame) minimum 84 hours to use my new frame. The time to payout ratio is beyond skewed in WF. I've put a fairly good amount of time into Destiny 2 and it is arguably a more "grindy" game than WF but you are rewarded for your grind immediately. I wish that DE would fix the foundation as you said in your video about TennoCon and the future. 1. They need to fix all the bugs both in missions and the open worlds. 2. they need to rework the missions themselves and make them interesting, fresh, and fun. 3. They must (I truly believe this will save the game) enact an in-game beginner guide similar to what Gaz was saying, I truly think new players will stick with it if they are given good info up front at the very start. After that they can worry about fixing foundry wait times, new content, etc. but they need to fix the core game first, if that happens I guarantee most players who stopped playing bec of the bugs and game breaking problems would come back, it would also keep new players since they have a refined game starting out and a guide that doesn't leave them up shits creek without a paddle

Reward system for being a sherpa in hunts. You get something at every 10th sherpa hunt. Rewards increase. What they would be Idk glyphs noting sherpa "royalty". Sherpa skins for every warfare that provide some kind of bonus damage or damage reduction.

Just to add a little bit of context in Lost Ark when Gaz mentioned it. I'm not at legion raids (yet) but I did do Argos phase 1 abyssal raid in pubs many times over past couple weeks on 3 different characters. I don't recall ever paying gold for it, and there's a limited number of revives for the raid group for that raid encounter anyway, as is with guardian raids and I assume legion raids as well. But what the person who told Gaz could have meant were the HP potions or other consumables used to do legion raids or any other raids but that's fairly expected. Basically since those consumables are finite and having them is useful to not just staying alive but to help ease the experience in taking down whatever boss then they cost gold in the market to buy.

Mech missions where death means some serious repairs, sort of. Incarnon warfrsme mods when we get to tau. This can bring people back to the starcharts for mods. Drifter movment/parkour can help diviri and turn heads for operator play. Swappable openworld maps like Venus snow. Orbiter conclave in a battlefront style. the ship models are already cool. Archwind magazine buffs as a heavy weapon. Its mainly to rev up the warhammer vibes. Seperate modding page for unique buildings. Its been said but we really like hords over waves of enemys. Maybe not corpus because you get eximus nullifiers with emunity plates standing right next to eachother. Looking at the steel path sabotage on Jupiter.

I would like a big mod rework including certain abilities connected to augments: The Weapon Exilus slot gives you polarity. You have a specific Warframe Augment-Mod-Slot. The Polarities are more organized, for example everything to do with elements/status has one Polarity, everything utility has another, everything around damage (like crits/multi shot and stuff). Balancing the status effects, so everyone has its specific use and is actually viable. If you build ips it increases your base damage and makes sense. Accuracy makes sense. 100% is PinPoint accuracy and 50% let’s half of the shots hit where you aim. Augments are no bandaid fixes but actually have cool concepts and interactions with abilities and matter. Rework the mods and arcanes that are useless or have just a better version in every way. Thank you.

And then as next step a big boss reworking. Since most of them are annoying to fight and some require you to actually hate yourself like the Ropalolyst, which is annoying in every moment. Also the dialog from the Exploiter Orb for example get really annoying already on the third play through.

And then a big rework for Archwing connected to Railjack also those mods and give the weapons some use they should be the strongest weapons in game and they are already nicely restricted when you get them with archwing launcher. Also Melee they are so left behind. The electric mod probably still needs 11 capacity while the other are on 9. And they have no real use except letting you scan enemy’s for the codex with that one mod on kill.

Good one! To the point of raids and making every Warframe matter in Raids. That was my problem with New War, none of the content made my Warframe matter. I am starting to doubt if DE can make content that matches the beauty of the Warframes. The boss fights were cool but yeah this...I don't even want to say.

Yes teamplay is the most fun, but if you want to play the game efficient you have your weapon that can nuke the tile set and your frame that is invincible and I think that is boring and annoying because it narrows it down to 2 weapons and similar amounts of frames. I would love the teamplay where you perform the best, especially in longer missions, when everyone has its role: like one dps one tank one healer and one amplifier/cc support/second dps or even assassin. So you have a dps who kills the crowds and the assassin kills the mini bosses or what not which need high single target damage. That would be so cool

I wasn't clunky how Zariman feels with operator gameplay. I'm just not having fun. It's just dps dps dps. Dps to the point where there isn't any point in farming with other people.

The contruction times in the foundry are really stupid. Especially since you can't produce multiple copies of one item e.g. formas. Also you can't queue them, for like when you're going vacation and can't log in every day but you have 10 forma blueprints lying around. And on top of that the rushing costs barely decrease with passing time. So when a item with a 24 hrs crafting time costs you 50 plat to rush, it's still like 35 plat 5 mins prior to completion, just stupid.

It is made like this by design, either frustrate people to the point of making them spend plat to rush it, or ensure that they will be back the next day to claim that item, therefor making the game's play time seem higher in places like steam charts

34:26 It's funny, I remember watching a Tactical Potato video as a new player, and he said blast basically turns a normal weapon into a rocket launcher... Gas and elec already have properties along these lines, though, and it's mostly strong when put on a weapon that's already multi-target specialized, to do nearly quadratic dmg, not strong enough imo but can shine here and there.

48:43 I've been saying this for so long, even just 8 player team missions would be a huge opportunity to make us really use our collective toolbelts. Also, I was expecting Railjack to be a bit more like this. It also really rewards good versatility from frames like Roar Wisp, who can adapt to whatever roles have been left open. I'd like to see fights with trash mobs that give the mob-clearers and crowd-controllers a job, and big targets in crowds that give the single-target bug guns a job. I'd also like to see frames become more consistent outside of that, Sonar and Magnetize etc. should work on everything, though to a lesser degree when reasonable. Here's another layer to how I'd do this: Only X amount of bonus objectives can be done, and their reward is all equal, but some are easier, while others are faster. Let's say there's 8 players and 8 bonus objectives, there's ones available that are hardcore gear-checks, others that can be scanning enemies and hacking terminals for all I care. Full squsds of min/maxers can go ham on their objectives, if they match up with one casual player, they can go off on their own and help out that way. If it's a full squad of casual players, they may opt to do some easy stuff and then come together for a combat bonus objective, it could all balance out SO nicely for everyone.

The problem with this game is as old as its beginning. Its a free to play game based on making as much money as possible with minimum effort. They smile and pretend they care but they dont. Add gimmicks like fashion, pointless excuses as content, endless grinding and your gold. Remember...its all about quarterly earnings. Quit over thinking it. The fans fell in love hard and DE took a huge advantage over that.

The problem with warframe is that your loadout is kinda permanent, so there is no aspect of getting gear, unless they introduce gear which makes you even more powerful and then it can go seasonal like Destiny or WoW or whatever game. Other thing is no matter what they add its kinda useless, like I don't really bother with most of content they release since it just doesn't give me anything valuable, Kuva is very valuable and it can earn you a lot of plat by rerolling rivens, everybody loves plat so content that can award you that is most sought out, I love doing SP survival or Arbitration because I have something out of it. Point is as long as the content they add doesn't award something that can earn you plat its useless content that most of people won't bother doing.

well I dont agree with you guys, I only play like 1 or 2 months then take a year break, come back and have fun collecting the new frames and guns and doing the story. My perspective is from a different point for sure but the game is better than ever, lots of content , the steel path is hard enough to be interesting for awhile, lots of arcanes which were very rare back in the days and so on... What Really annoys me: Having to farm random bounties that randomly change rewards and have to wait for the right day or time to do it and then have to replay it many times to get some random drop. (time gates etc) Kuva and tenet guns requiring 4 hours to get 1 gun with luck... and it doesnt work seamlessly with teams so we cant exactly farm the same gun together. Requiring 5 formas to max one gun and get a bit more of mastery. Rewards and items that cant be boosted, so Im buying boosters and doesnt even work in some stuff... Im paying to shorten the farm ... if they add farm that cant be boosted Im not buying boosters anymore. Mecha mods that drop on the "extra" boss that only shows up once in while and then has a tiny drop chance... or in other words rng over rng to get something that isn't even that great. Nerfs.... I like melting everything with one button and being overly powerful.. the nerfs that make builds just be more complex are annoying. Overall the story quests are really cool, and theres lots of stuff to do and variety in builds and stuff.. so lots of content , just a bit overwhelming for new players and requiring certain missions and forcing you to play content like the plains of eidolon that are horrible to advance into further content..

DE should update or fix puncture, impact, blast, I miss the days of my boltor prime nailing enemies to walls from 2014 lol. I found out about the infested k-drive and thought race for it was garbage and I still managed to get Legendary 2 so thats a thing lol. male/female gender swap frames could be just skins, DE should increase the capacity on warframes & weapons i run into capacity issues with builds nowadays.

About Eidolon hunters being toxic. I have something like 3.4k hours in mission, have every single piece of gear in the game, done a ton of lvl caps with different frames and different weapons and you know what is that one mode that I can't do efficiently enough? Eidolons. In part it's my fault because I try to do everything solo and I feel that learning this shit solo without anybody to teach you is not that encouraging. It does not help that I don't know people that actually know how to do eidolons and I'm too afraid to bother someone that I don't even know to teach me how to do them (my one struggle is the vonva spawns and how mane/when I should get the lures, damage and staying alive is not the problem). So yeah, I'm one of many that get put off by some of the loud voices from the eidolon community.

@@valerieee1469 I like rivens overal, but there's some annoying consequences. There's fun janky consequences too, like a niche Mag weapon keeping a high dispo despite it's power, but we might just get an incarnon or augment etc. that kinda ruins that original interaction we like. I'd be very hesitant to add more rng of this kind into the game... I love individuality but I mostly find it in the builds I come up with, wacky rivens, archon shards etc. etc. all help enable them. I'd love a kitgun/zaw rework that allows way more customization of properties rather than mostly just stats too, stuff like that.

About a year ago I just got sick of the game and quit. The thing that pushed me over was I finally built my RJ & started leveling intrinsics (or whatever it’s called I don’t remember) and I suddenly I was just like “you know what? I don’t give a shit.” What you guys are basically saying is you want a skill challenge. But Warframe is a patience challenge. It’s obvious why that’s the case. Gaz even said it in passing during the vid. *Ed.:* forgot to say the reason I checked back in was Knightmare popped up in my feed. Yeah, the only part I miss is you lunatics - Knightmare, Gaz, Jizo. DE needs to fix the broken crew AI before they add any new railjack content. All of the crew AI are broken in various ways. the pilot being the most broken, driving in nonsensical circles away from objectives and no longer targets priority targets such as radiators. Gunners barely even target enemies anymore. combat and engineer seem to get lost and confused during enemy boarding. doing solo skirmish is frustrating because it may as well be like it was before we had crew / elite crew.

DE hates kf amd gaz because in their eyes, they are toxic. (Which is the bullshit reason they use on people who criticize them alot) Before the existance of creator program, there was a "partner program" which is 1 to 1 exact same ad creator program, how ever kf and maybe gaz along with MANY other content creators were a part of it. But people began to criticize DE, so in orderbto purge those people, they terminated creator program and renamed it into partner program, how ever, they didn't allow most of people that were criticizeing DE like KF and rahitalious in, effectively removing them. This is also known as "the great purge"

The only thing in the game I would actually nerf is the aoe weapons, they should not work on steelpath without a lot of effort in terms of enhancing damage with abilities so they are barely viable. I agree with a lot In this podcast, I also want them to throw away the mobile version completely, console crossplay and cross save is obviously really cool tho but fuck mobile players.

I think it would be fine if the explosions just don't hit enemies through walls, because the zarr and the bramma are simply stronger than a lot of abilities not to mention other weapons. And i agree with what you said about the mobile players

Imo, in order to actually fix the aoe vs single target problem, we have to reduce the enemy dencity in missions like survival while also increasing their drop rates to comoensate the reduction, that way you won't be as overhelmed and feel the need to resort to aoe nukes all the time.

@snow yeah and radiation hazards are unbearable actually in the sorties. Especially mobile defense. dudes with their brammas and zarrs already lost all their brain functions so you fail those a lot since they shoot the console with radiation. Very fun.

Dudes, you seriously compare Warframe to Destiny 2? That's hilarious but okay. Destiny 2 is in many ways inferior to Warframe, especially the game engine. The D2 game engine is so erratic that when you have any 3rd party software running the game has stutters and lags like crazy, its all over their forum and over the KZbin. That being said, Bungie has more employees as they have more money because the game is not free to play like Warframe is. Some people say D2 is free to play and technically they are right, but end up buying season pass anyway and IMO its not cheap for the reused content you get for it.. Nothing in D2 is worth doing as they gonna nerf the weapons you grind for anyway so you can only use them for short period of time. Than they move the whole meta over and over again and makes the game even more erratic with lots of complaints again and again. This makes it an very annoying game to play as its in constant Beta and they never seem to fix this. Than they add ridiculous bad anti cheat because people asked for this with as an result it doesn't even work so even more people complain.. This all results in salty community that constant complains as the game is in constant beta form and only play because they are addicted and cannot stop playing. In Warframe i feel its different, people simply stop to play because of lack of content but return to the game because its so much smoother and better game play and looks 10x better than D2 as well, lets be fair D2 looks like an outdated game from 2012 while warframe looks outstanding. That being said, Warframe has some problems yes. The matchmaking can be horrible at times and the lack of servers can result in loss of everything you grinded for so yes that is very unfortunate and annoying and we could use more content indeed. That being said, you simply cannot make an game with enough content for people to play 24/7 and not being burned out.. Long story short, both games have issues but at this time i choose Warframe over D2 as D2 is a mess right now especially in pvp.

Warframe for me is only better because one if my “friends” ruined my experience of the game, and the fact that the game was horrible for a year didn’t help. Personally I find destiny far more polished. This is most likely because destiny is far more simple them warframe which is bad and good. Bungie has a dilemma of build crafting but then constantly limits it or forces linear strategies on the players :cough champions cough: warframe lets almost every player do whatever he wants but people aways use whatever is best and then when it gets nerfed people complain and most of the time rightfully so destiny has similar problems but there is something always to fall back on. Another thing when bungie buffs something it gets buffed good so people actually buffs it when DE buffs something if they buff it three times they wont buff it again and then forget about it. Thats all i can think of and ill probably add more to this rant
