If you are wondering why the Nuke build does not work is because the dmg redirected with link triggers marked for death ( WHICH IDK WHY HE DIDN'T SPECIFY IN THE VIDEO) but yeah if you wanna use that build you need to get rid of link for it to be reliable.

Ahh warframe... the game that loves to make the supports deal more damage than basically any other characters That's why in most other games there are support categories, like the buffer, the healer or the tanker, and here we can see what happens when you combine all 3 into 1

honestly I am not sure even what are you talking about what is support? what does the make frame supportish? what is carry dd? what qualitites makes them dd? I mean ability to strip armor and do red crits in some circumstances by its own doesn't makes the specific warframe a top dd. first of all red crits and armor stripping are things that could be based not even on warframe. red crits are depending on riven and mistics that you are setting unairu school gives you ability to strip the armor not to mention corrosion builds with green archont shards secondly there are many skills that amplifies your damage output speaking of weapon damage amplification surely we should remember the terralist. current meta volta or old meta chroma. THIS is how the damage amplification looks like. Conditionally busted crict chance just isn't that. but however warframe is about killing hordes of mobs... and aoe abiities are the best in this regard. still the good old mesa, saryn. for sure dante, sevagoth (despite i hate playing him), xaku. on lower levels volt, mirage, revenant --- actually thinking of it deeper you just see the pattern. weapon - is not the exact thing that defines how great the warframe as dd however regular gameplay of warframe is next to solo game so you may prefer comfortable gameplay instead of ... sevagoth. and in this regard trinity looks nice. same as all warframes that are invincible without shieldgating up to netra content

Actually, since well of life prevents status effects for all allies in its range, and pool of life can easily spawn 3-4 energy orbs, I find its better to get rid of energy vampire and keep well of life, since a lot of arcanes and other players gain benefits for orb interaction whereas energy vampire only synergizes with nourish for even more energy. Honestly this update really didnt change much about trinity, and all it did was quality of life and remind me of how good trinity always was and push me to think of her as not just a support frame.

​@@505mikeNope. DR always stacks multiplicatively with itself with no imposed limit, other than the natural limit of 100% (which you can get close to but never reach). In this case 99.68% is correct. The wiki lists a limit of 90% DR cap on some abilities so you might be getting confused with that. Although the single ability has a 90% cap, if you pair it with another source of 90% DR you'd have 99%.

As a joke, over a year ago, i placed 5 blue archon shards with armor buff. I did some crazy math with roughly 800 armor, her 3rd and 4th ability, and adaptation . its funny how vastly more tanky my health gets. With Link and Archon stretch mod, i regen energy if they proc elect on me which goes on to the enemy. Being so tanky is hecking fun, as you can just casually swing your sword and not die while keeping everyone alive. now with these rework, i need to make her even more busted again.

On the topic of damage reduction... don't forget about Quick Thinking. The insane amount of shield tanking is enough, but having a massive energy pool with now ridiculous numbers of damage reduction, is so much much more than enough. Edit: Also, on the recovering health portion for Champion's Blessing. It's percentage based, so if you have the lower max hp Dragon Key on, you barely need to take any damage to get the full buff.

baruuk doesn't have anything to replenish his shields while trinity has multiple ways and if in worst case your shields get 1 tapped you get them back with a single button . Considering trinity also gets status immunity with link, she is way better at surviving than baruuk. Also very few people play level cap so that is not a standard measure of a build's usability. Only shield gate works there anyways so you aren't gonna go level cap with a dr build

Adaptation also only reduces the portion of an enemy attack that correlates to that element. If you have 90% Puncture DR and a guy tags you with a 100-10 Slash/Punc split, you're only reducing that measly 10 damage. Also, since the majority of that damage is Slash, Slash adaptation starts stacking instead, and Puncture won't get refreshed.

I said this on another video but the Blessing augment should function like when you would theoretically heal something then you get the crit buff with less effectiveness until you do heal something, like the cap being halved or something so that you are still getting crit even when nothing is being healed while also not completely making the healing aspect of the Augment useless, by letting you get the full impact when something does heal. We are living in a meta of building Overguard/shield tanking/gating on most Frames anyway for Health damage to be a major issue, so this Augment even when equipped goes mostly unused unless you go out of your way to set it up by taking damage, lmao.

With Well of Life's tweaks, it is now a better ability on other frames then her. WoL has a few attributes that make it work as a great Helminth now. First of with the new things, the increased healing and status immunity makes it a great choise on the more frail frames who build for duration and range, that auto res is also nice. But other then that, WoL is the ONLY ability that makes an enemy invariable while still counting as getting shot when you shoot it. If you Helminth WoL on Mag, you retain a super suction if you put the bubble on the WoL target. If you put WoL on Khora and Ensnare the WoL target, you retain the grouping, making the Ensnare damage scale for a long time, and if you put WoL on Ivara, you can use concentrated arrow on said target to get easy headshots and overcome the Concentrated arrows largest weakness that is team mates. There are plenty other synergies, but these three are the once who benefit the most from Well of Life.

Here's the math: 0.25 (Blessing) * 0.25 (Link) * 0.42 (Quick Thinking) = 0.02625 Dmg that gets through. This can be made even more insane with more DR from mods like Adaptation or by using subsumes such as Eclipse or Null Star. (Another 75% DR each.) This is easier to get the bonus from than a shield build, since your DR doesn't fully kick in until after the HP is gone.

Nourish is very underrated on Trinity. I love it on her. There are several reasons why. First, yes, it boosts energy gain. People may say that's pointless when you have EV, but it actually makes EV much more comfortable to use. Secondly, it's a damage buff for self and allies, rounding out Trinity more and giving her even more support. But third, here's the key part that people forget about... When enemies shoot you while you have Nourish up, they get staggered. That is a massive, massive, massive survivability increase. Seriously, just jump into the Simulacrum and compare Nourish with your Eclipse or Parasitic Armour. It's not even close. You will stay alive massively longer with Nourish. Just stand in the middle of a group of your strongest enemies and soak up the hits. With Nourish, I can't even get my shields to break before my Blessing expires, without even using any shield mods. With Eclipse, I take damage much faster and have to actually recast Blessing early to heal up. tl;dr - If you want survivability, go with Nourish, and enjoy all the other benefits it gives you too.

so pretty sure trinitys damage reduction caps at 95% between all of her DR. As well, from a trinity main, if ur going to helminth off anything, make it the second ability. The amount of energy and health you get from trinitys well of life mod far exceeds what you could get through her second ability, with only needing equilibrium. With that, spamming her 4 to keep her crit buff is jut lame gameplay, i implore you to try well of life, put marked for death on her 2, and use abating link, and equilibrium. You can mark the welled enemy with MFD, and when you drop the pool of life off them by retargeting them, it should insta kill them and deal a portion of its damage as aoe. Making a much more enjoyable playstyle than spamming her 2 and 4 for crit and shields

There technically is a way to go over 95%, but it's with Adaptation or Caliban's passive. If I remember correctly, it counts separately from other DR because they work differently, reducing specific damage types, instead of all damage.

For the additional damage negation on the first build, you could alternatively use Nova's Helminth. The damage negation cap is reduced from it's original, but only down to 75%, which is the same as the flat value on Eclipse (and since you're building for strength and duration most likely, the ability benefits anyways, and you don't have to recast it as much). It's the same thing I went for on my "The Wall" Qorvex Energy-Tanking build, which works like a charm (Eclipse also works on it from testing, but the build itself doesn't benefit from the optional damage increase since it takes away from the DR needed to survive the heat-death of the universe like it does...taking a fraction of a fraction of a percent while having over 1500 energy is kinda just really funny).

Consider for a moment: energy tanking (which iirc you introduced me to) on top of that massive DR. Quick thinking plus Gladiator Finesse gives fatal damage to energy conversion at 300% efficiency or essentially another 300% DR piling on for a total of 0.1% damage taken. Trinity prime with maxed primed flow has 641 energy. 641 ÷ 0.1% = 641,000 ehp. Which, finally, can be instantly refilled by one use of energy vampire. Anyhow, food for thought

Loki is still viable he just doesn't deal damage. His invisible and safeguard switch give him two of the best survivability tools and he also has savior decoy if you don't helmith it. Radial disarm trivialises most content still as long as you play very sensibly you can clear most content with loki.

@@liam-ec-m595 yes, i agree. I'm a Loki main, so I have to learn to take advantage of all the weapons and buffs I can to be able to do something against the enemies.

Lower the Gema magazine to the end and hide it in your pocket, because of the blue mods or reload in the pocket it will eat up health very quickly

Haha believe it or not, I tried exactly that. Unfortunately doesn't work because he becomes too tanky and doesn't loose health fast enough :/

I really wish we could do this kind of stuff, like, set the spectre to do stuff like this... Anyways, pretty interesting build nonetheless

Cool stuff, you forgot armor dmg redux btw, also the one drawback of shield tanking is toxin dmg, it goes straight to hp, depending on the build it can kill you with 2k+ shield in a sec (RIP my glass cannon volt, lol). 570 hp with all the mitigation seems to not have this kind of issue thou I love trinity, she was my first prime, and about time they reworked that lame 1, even if you don't use it in the main build it now got some utility... Also the 2 build completely died, it seems. It used to have a surprisingly amazing DPS for SP doorkeepers, unexpectedly amazing when SP came out, gotta check if it still do % damage to the enemy life... It made them trivial as it perma-stunned them while taking about 70%+ of their hp per cast. Overall I liked the change, mana build trinity was way too niche for it's own good, people weren't using her much anymore with so many OK'ish mana solutions you didn't really need the very best mana refiller instead of another DPS or something, it's cool that her 2 now works together with 3 and 4 builds
