Melee retaliation is good arcane for slam attacks if you have a warframe with a lot of shields like revenant with prime redirection giving you 480% more melee dmg. I get over 80,000 dmg on my sampotes before any buffs like CC, CD and with a riven you can get good crit dmg.

awesome build! ima try this weapon out for sure :D also a side note - dont use melee duplicate if you are red critting (or even orange critting for that matter) it only double strikes on base crits (yellow)

Nice to see a sampotes user using afflictions. My build is a Lil different with a riven, but yeah lvl3500 mobs is te highest I've gone before team quit. They died like normal starchart mobs Also very nice neat video clean clear thumbnails too

I use Kullervo with Sancti Magistar incarnon.. 50k slam damage.. his first ability will do an instant heavy atack going way above that.. then you have 20 seconds or so of ability after effect where slam damage goes into millions.. red crits all over. 1 slam and hords go down instantly. Melee duplicate also attached.

Just to let you know, melee duplicate only applies to "base crits" and that is only 100% crits . Any orange crit or red crit+ do not activate melee duplicate 😊

Normal magistar is better for incarnon than sancti.

Samptoes is one of my favourite slam weapons, however i have critiques on ya build if youll endulge me. It will still kill obviously. Killing blow is fairly moot, it is additive to primed pressure point or condition overload, multiplicative to siesmic slam. (A flavor/playstlye difference between PPP and CO) Galvanised elementalist is a straight upgrade to melee elementalist , youll want some status chance. Speaking of status, why viral with aflictions? Try gas or blast. Aflictions sky rocket those status' to the moon. As for crit chance: without riven (of couse you want cc for that x2 slam build) try and slot in blood rush, you obviously want Galvanised steel over sacrificial steel for the crit damage, which means your crit chance is suffering. Blood rush, even at x5 combo (Galvanised reflex) will aid towards your crit chance (+160%) and is the replacement for riven. I like afflictions on slam, with gas and blast, your viral build has thrown me off. Of course you electric mod and influence works, but i like that on the arca titron. Dobt want to discrourage you, only hopefully offer constructive critism. Slam weapons got the blow up, and will slam the competition. I just like the biggest numbers (overkill im aware) just ya choice to use use afflictions for viral baffles me. Also afflictions taxi's ANY debuff. Yea especially "why viral" any dot element will give you basically what you showed with saryn at the start just without needing saryn. Especially if you get viral from somewhere else like a companion or a helminth

Worth noting that combo doesnt work for the heavy and slam waves, so do with that what you will.

Can you give me the full build and arcane? I planning to get sampotes and if u use kullervo 1 to get red crits are you still put blood rush for CC ?

@orcus2262 more crit chance isn't a bad thing, since crit damage scales with every crit teir. I was saying on riven you want crit chance, since x2 for heavy. If you don't have a riven, you'll want blood rush for crit chance. But you can drop it if using wrathful advance. My build however: Crushing ruin Melee afflictions No exidus/dispatch overdrive Primed fever strike/vicious frost Riven (crit chance, melee damage. Not perfect, would like element over melee damage and a negative, but cc is the important thing here)/blood rush Galvanised steel Primed pressure point Seismic wave Volcanic edge Galvanised elementalist Galvanised reflex. Between gas and blast is preference, afflictions sky rockets the status'

The main draw of sampotes is that I can inflict status effects on the shockwaves the exec is significantly better for raw damage due to combo affecting shockwave damage on the exec
