This here is exactly when Warframe became the real deal. A completely different level of storytelling than before. The moment when your all-powerful 9999 waves of solo-survival infestation clearing uber-meta built frame drops on a floor like a ragdoll, and you take control of a weak and atrophied child that's barely able to crawl back to its metal puppet - it's simply out of this world.

Generally, Warframes are not alive, they are basically bio-robots, meaning robots but biologically based, as they have human elements. But, [THE SUCKRIFICE SPOILER] There is a Warframe that is, indeed, conscious, and it's Excalibur Umbra, and when you are not piloting him, he fights on his own. Though, the Warframes we have are copies from the original ones, and that is why there are many different Tenno with the same Warframe.
@kaylethejudicator236811 ай бұрын
@@epistimonkapetanios All warframes are alive and made from a human host. The default defense objectives hold a pod called "Warframe Cryopod" with an adult human agent in it. All warframes have the capacity to be more active but as per the sacrifice the "monster" within is tamed due to shared trauma experience. Umbra is different specifically cause of how he was purposely botched on his transformation. The copies we make are willing volunteers unlike the orokin era frames
