I haven't watched the entire video yet, so feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I think you missed Pax Bolt kitgun arcane (On Headshot Kill: adds +30% Ability Strength and Efficiency for the next ability used within 4 seconds). I slapped it onto a primary Gaze kitgun so I had that and the Grimoire. Edit: According to the wiki when reading the notes section about Pax Bolt: Works oddly with Wisp's Reservoirs; the bonus strength will apply, but if the player already has a weaker mote active, touching the new buffed mote will simply refresh it rather than change its strength. In order to take full advantage of Pax Bolt, you must wait for your current buffs to expire.

Nidus' ability strength bonus from his link is multiplicative btw, so if you use the specter your total ability strength including temporary bonuses like from the parazon get multiplied by 1.28x So your 725% ability strength becomes 928% ability strength. Also the specter has the link running for like 70% of the time he's alive, so it's a very reliable strength buff. Especially for snapshotted abilities like Wisps' Reservoirs.

Was about to say this. I run energy conversion on my railack build. For my railjack build I run corrosive projection, mote augment, full umbral set, equilibrium, energy conversion, blind rage, transient fortitude, and narrow minded for mods. Arcanes, molt vigor and molt efficiency. Subsumed dispensary over her 4th ability. It's an easy to proc 466% strength that'll last usually enough time for the side objectives. The fire rate mote buffs the charge speed of forward artillery which is very nice. Only cons is I'm locked to 3 umbra forma, if not I'd replace umbral fiber with primed continuity. Health tanking Wisp just feels nice for base steel path, and surprisingly steel path circuit as there's decrees that give power strength for having high armor meaning my roar can get an extra 50 or so strength. I want a second wisp prime for other builds but I don't think I'll actively grind for it.

This is a meme build, this isn't a perfect wisp. Not by a long shot. Your idea that Wisp's only good ability is her 1st when her 2nd and 3rd are also insane is kinda foolish. Her 3rd is a straight-up damage multiplier that also spawns an attack that'll hit another enemy. The secondary attack can also stack with the damage multiplier, making it insane. Her 2nd spawns a ghost that draws enemy fire, which gives breathing space and also makes higher level runs safer.

Swaping out amar's for umbral fiber will give +7% diffrence in power strength over the current build as opposed to the +5% of swapping out umbral intensify (2 set is 55% 3 set is 77%) for archon so umbral is stronger by 2% on top of adding more armor and health

something i've noticed about the Innodem that plays off of the finisher build wonderfully is that you can bank off of the forced slash from heavy attacks (or at least i just saw a lot of slash procs when i did it) and build for magnetic with melee vortex. it sounds like sacrilege to use magnetic against armor on purpose, or even in general, but the melee vortex effect will open enemies to finishers. which then opens enemies up to finishers because of the innodem. which can then proc magnetic. which can then proc vortex. it's pretty funny

As a long time wisp main, i kinda find that going over 90% haste feels no different and just seems like a dimisih return. Ive seen many wisp players go all in on strength but have very little duration and no range. so when you pick up the mote. yea you get a nice juicy buff but if it lasts like 15 seconds and teh mote range is tiny. it just makes it a chore to run back n fourth all the time refreshing the buff. The build i run has at least archon strecth for that passive energy regen from shock mote, high str of course and all my tau shards are duration. the result is a wisp that gives really good buffs that last over a min when you walk away from the mote. so your not in a rush to get back. not to mentuon adaption with her health mote combos very well in alot of missions. You can either go my route of max str and dur or you can go max str and low dur but max range. bigger mote range helps people huddling in an area breath a bit more with the bonus of infinite duration buffs.

People straight up ignore her third, which is what makes her as ridiculous as she is. As decent as this build is, it focuses on the wrong ability and displays wisp in a very wrong fashion. Utilising wisp with her third combined with something like nourish and combat disciple just straight up nukes the map and help you get and stay as level cap with little to no issues, just because of sheer damage you can dish out, and that is not including any form of armour strip. I strongly agree that motes are a very neat and strong buff, but after certain extent you stop building for motes and focus on her actual abilities, which are vastly superior to it.

Feels important to mention that Nidus Parasitic Link is multiplicative, and a player can decently easy with maxed mods (no shards) reach a 2x multiplier. Meaning your 728 Strength would reach ~1456 Strength. My Nidus without fully upgraded mods reach slightly less than 1.9x multiplier. I also use Eclipse and its augment. I reached over 1k buff from Eclipse, and ~700 Critical chance from Parasitic Link augment.

Sir, Archon intensify is still stronger than a triple umbra set. Easily triggered by your companions and allies. You miss energy conversion. A guy told me today he has a stronger wisp cuz i only had 4 tau reds in her. I told him the same i say here now. The best wisp doesn't run max strength. As a wisp main before she was played by everybody since her prime release, just some tips for the wisp enjoyers🤭: For high lvl content, 15% from a tau red will give you far less benefit than a tau yellow for cast speed which you still want. Yea you have madurai for cast speed but unairu is a great choice for her too. Especially in disruptions where wisp needs an armor strip and you dont wanna run 2 green shards for corrosive strip, also free prime sure footed where you can slot in fused resevoir instead in the exilus slot. Energy flow without nourish? Archon stretch (helps also breach surge and buffing allies consistently) + Energize + Streamline. Yes thats alot for energy. If you wanna reach lvl cap in disruptions or sp void cascade and wanna spam breach surge or shield gate without worries its a great combo if you wanna skip nourish. You can also run equilibrium instead of streamline or stretch. Also wisp is a great melee frame too. So purple taus for crit. Melee dmg is an option. A berserker fury buffs more speed than a 300% strength wisp anyway. If you want to run both molt vigor and augmented you are restricted to nourish. Xatas whisper is still a crazy helminth, especially on felarx. Or roar for melee.

If you're just using 2 umbral mods I would suggest taking the armor, not vitality. You'll have health out the wazoo anyway with that much strength. "Nidus spectre gives you a little bit of strength" - No he multiplies your strength by a factor of 1,27. Or 27%, which with 728 would be 924, giving you +196% power. Also with that amount of strength replace her 4 with eclipse. For those who can I also recommend using a Zaw with exodia contagion. While in the air you are invisible adding the stealth damage muliplyer to your exploding projectile.

I feel like not running Adaptation on Wisp is missing out on a lot of extra survivability, especially on an omega Mote build. It's way more EHP, and the healing and flat HP from the Motes allow you to stack it safely, especially if you have extra armor from stuff like Umbral Fiber, Azure Shards, Unairu, etc. Content where Adaptation can't be safely stacked is content where HP isn't very relevant anyway.

You are missing some extra key components, primary Kitgun with Pax Bolt (secondary as well, but its additive so not worth over grimoire), and energy conversion (which you do recognize afterwards), if you have troubles with energy conversion I'd suggest dethcube else nautilus for grouping to proc grimoire works wonders! Invigorations *are* worth mentioning, but only when you can force the strength buff (10th invigoration), otherwise don't even bother. Arbitrations are bad unless you run ~200str, void fissures double your total str although they can be tricky with both primary and secondary, and the damage potential of a kitgun while you have utility as your secondary doesn't leave you many choices other than to either suck it up and rely on teammates or lose some chances on funny fissure buff by using an incarnon melee.

i see a lot of people saying precision intensify for roar, but personally, i like running any gun that suffers from having to reload to much with energized munitions and full duration on wisp entirely because i personally dont like running her as a melee frame, but to each their own. Another thing that ive seen absolute fucking madmen do is using UNRANKED umbral mods to save space, entirely because stating for armor on wisp is kind of a nothing stat and it gives you more strength, probably instead of power drift

The armor on Wisp gives you more EHP because you get diminishing returns on HP when you are under her mote buff. Armor + Adpatation is the most effective EHP boost if youre going for survivability, and if youre going towards the deep end, you dont need Umbral Armor at all, and if youre going to level cap, you dont need either, just a stronger breach surge.

actually equinox and nidus don't need power donation. There wil be more profit of also full buff on equinox and nidus. i've done this shit quite ago when there's no archon and book's mods with 2 niduses and an equinox. Here is the queue of using skills - First of all equinox gettin her skill for add 50% str after 1st nidus using his skill on 2nd one and the second one uses his skill on the 1st one( works 1 time so you can't stucking nidus str infinitly) and after buffing 1st nidus he uses his 3 on wisp. If i remember correctly full str niduses can give more than 100 add str and plus 50 from equinox. All this is not counting the orbitrations buffs or relic or helminth, pure building and setups

energy conversions over continuity swap power drift into exilus slot and swap augment for coaction drift now use this same build on a nidus and get a equinox and have void siphon relic buff double both wisp and nidus str then have nidus buff wisp and enjoy easily over 10k maybe more str idk I only ever got to around 6k

They most likely have the glyph from clan icon you can upload any photo if its in certain dimensions as long as its approved I once helped my friend convert images so he could get a funny image ( we spent 3 hours looking for images it was great)

I used to have this build but replaced 3 strengths for tau armor and threw on 3x umbral and adaptation so chances of getting 1 shot a few hors in dropped a lot

Press 2 when your shield breaks and jump when you're invisible. Health tanking is not good for long runs

@@visvge4934 I know about the drop off but I'm not talking about really high levels even just 1h circuit most enemies would one shot you with max strength but adding adaptation only a few would one shot add umbral fiber most one shots are now just getting you to 1 health so you jump to survive it makes the frame actually usable as a frame that you can melee safely aswell as I almost exclusively play frames that shield gate poorly or I don't even have rolling guard for safety the ability to not get one hit from ads whilst able to focus on a objective or acolyte making the frame more usable as my issue is every build I have can't be taken in certain missions or I'll just die (it's why I'm fully remaking my builds from years ago that still work but for a certain purpose)
