witnessing this 1st hand in lvl cap it absolutely brutal. my Dante was hitting for over 800 mil with melee and when it came to those 9999 bursa's I couldn't do 1% dmg to it because it was just strong. this mag.. .01 seconds and that bursa is gone! massive wtf frame right here.
