As a guy who's been playing with torid for a while now, it is not recommended for archon hunts and accolytes but definitely doable if you are still trying to build other good weapons

yep , those 2 can be diffucult , with some warframes it can work against acolytes but for trash units its perfect

Neat video, I have some critiques though! Hunter Munitions is weak on beams, and in the case of Torid Incarnon, is entirely not worth using. Beam weapons benefit from Multishot twice, but only for specific types of status procs. To benefit from this second Multishot multiplier, the status procs must be natural procs, and they must be DOT effects like Toxin or Blast. Due to being a forced proc, Hunter Munitions misses out on a second Multishot multiplier, leading to builds prioritizing it doing less DOT than other configurations. This may sound confusing, and most people assume it's completely wrong, so let me show an example using some math! *Example Viral + HM Build:* Final Fusillade + Commodore's Fortune Perk + Serration + Galvanized Chamber + Vile Acceleration + Critical Delay + Vital Sense + Hunter Munitions + Primed Cryo Rounds + Rifle Elementalist + Primary Merciless *Stats:* 13.6 Firerate, 3.3 Multishot, 270.3 Viral (102 Base Damage), 147% Crit Chance, 6.8 Crit Damage, 39% Status Chance *HM DPS Per Hit:* 100% Crit Chance - 30% Chance per hit -> (102 x 6.1 x 3.3) x (0.53 x 6.8 + 0.47 x 12.6) x 0.3 x 0.35 x 4.25 x 1.9 = 16,583.9 DPS *Example Toxin Build:* Plentiful Mayhem + Survivor's Edge + Serration + Galvanized Chamber + Vile Acceleration + Critical Delay + Vital Sense + Rifle Elementalist + Hammer Shot + Malignant Force + Primary Crux *Stats:* 13.6 Firerate, 4.68 Multishot, 82 Toxin, 132% Crit Chance, 8.7 Crit Damage, 291.6% Status Chance *Toxin DPS Per Hit:* 291.6% Status Chance - 1365% Chance per hit -> (82 x 2.5 x 4.68) x (0.68 x 8.7 + 0.32 x 16.4) x 13.65 x 0.5 x 1.6 x 1.9 = 222,226.5 DPS As you can see, even with the maximum Hunter Munitions chance and accounting for 10 Viral stacks, the unmitigated Toxin status DPS is 13.4x higher than the Hunter Munitions DPS. With these builds, pure Toxin will always deal more status DOT to any enemy regardless of their Armor value. Even with 90% Armor Reduction, the DOT of the pure Toxin build is 34% more DPS than the Viral Hunter Munitions setup. *Corrosive Projection:* If the Plentiful Mayhem Toxin build is consuming Incarnon Charge too quickly for your taste, you have the option of using Corrosive Projection. Without Corrosive Projection the pure Toxin build will deal more DOT up until the enemies reach an Armor value of 2577, which is the equivalent of 87.9% Armor Reduction. Now to calc this different build... *Fusillade Toxin Build:* Final Fusillade + Survivor's Edge + Serration + Galvanized Chamber + Vile Acceleration + Critical Delay + Vital Sense + Rifle Elementalist + Hammer Shot + Malignant Force + Primary Crux *Stats:* 13.6 Firerate, 3.3 Multishot, 102 Toxin, 132% Crit Chance, 8.7 Crit Damage, 291.6% Status Chance *Toxin DPS Per Hit:* 291.6% Status Chance - 962% Chance per hit -> (102 x 2.5 x 3.3) x (0.68 x 8.7 + 0.32 x 16.4) x 9.62 x 0.5 x 1.6 x 1.9 = 137,370.2 DPS With Corrosive Projection the maximum Armor Reduction is 81.5%, so we calculate for Armor and get the result of: 25,415.6 DPS This means with a single Corrosive Projection the pure Toxin setup is always doing a minimum of 53.2% more DOT than the equivalent Viral + HM setup. Due to the way multishot and status works on beams, strongest builds on Torid are using the +15% Critical Chance +15% Status Chance perk, and running pure Toxin builds. You want to be minmaxing for the Toxin procs by getting as much Multishot and Status Chance as you're able to. Also, the Corrosive Heat build is very weak compared to Corrosive Blast, there is no reason to ever recommend Corrosive Heat, just use Corrosive Blast. I wouldn't ever recommend running heat on this weapon due to status weighting issues, you'll never get enough Heat to have a good ratio of Corrosive to Heat procs. The proc weighting of Corrosive Blast is far from perfect, but it's not nearly as bad as Corrosive Heat, thanks to rifles having access to Primed Cryo Rounds. I personally would never run anything that isn't the pure Toxin build mentioned above, but Corrosive Blast is at least a decent setup worth using if you enjoy it.
