Blastpop examines samples of a Bead Tray that can work nicely to store you counters in a compact space. Possibly allowing all your game components to fit in the box for those games with a limited amount of internal box storage. Constructed of a hard, yet seemingly durable plastic, the pieces won't migrate from slot to slot during storage when the latch is in the shut position. Watch the video and see what I mean. The manufacturer is EveryThingMary.

Darice also makes bead storage available at Walmart. They are bigger and made of softer more durable plastic, if a bit less transparent to see through. I use them for ASL and other games all the time. Now I live in UK, so can get them on Amazon UK for about £10 each, at Walmart they go for about $7 as I recall. We'll worth it, the rounded edges make it easy to pull pieces out of the Wells.

The small 1" boxes in fishing are good for solo games with very few counters

Thanks, I generally stick to counter trays (if I need more separation) or baggies, but still struggle with storage for some bigger titles. Will check these trays out

With all those little separate sections I think it was Normandy 44 I was able to break the units into groups like replacements turns 1 through 5, 6 through 8 etc for the Germans. Just one space for invasion troops and then one or two more for the follow-on troops and that big section I just threw in all the markers

The one concern I have is if accidentally dropped the plastic may break into shards. As long as that doesn't happen, all is good.

I just bought 8 of these earlier today. And I was going to make a video...guess I don’t need to.

$4.97...I have quite of few. Half inch counters can sneak into other compartments when moved.

Interesting - Mine are nice and tight at the top has no room to migrate. The bottoms are molded so there isn't any possibility to jump compartments. They are designed for bead storage so its critical they don't move from compartment to compartment. Maybe there is a bad lot of them manufactured? Thanks for the info!
