I've only played vanilla....but why does this mod have buildings n some units have extremely high hp and some normal hp? Is it only with necron units?

This is all configurable in the skirmish options.

A bit sad because the descriptions of the vehicles and troops are all in Russian.

The mod is in English if you download it. I just play in Russian.
