Grey knights and the most talented Inquisitor psykers can peer into the Immaterial realm and teleport for navigation. Pretty much the only few other than primarchs who can do so and even then the Inquisitor still lost her soul

There are specially shielded and filtered observation ports in the lore, its just not all that common or accessible to average person. Presumably its some rare or elaborate Archeotech, which a Grey Knight ship could well have more often or larger versions.

Not entirely..........his physical presence would die. His Soul on the other hand........you'd need an Anathemic Weapon for. i.e. The Emperor's Sword. Or one of the Athame blades similar to the one carried by Ollanius.

@@TheArcane10 basically Mortarion consumed her life essence. You notice how when Kadex first presented the Inquisitor’s soul to Mortarion she had a vibrant light to her? After Mortarion consumed her soul she was diminished to a single solitary light that dwindled back to Kadex. She’s done for bro. 🥲😭 she can never be brought back to physical form as she once was. What’s left of her soul is doomed to be manipulated by Kadex & Poppa Nurgle

Unfortunately the only chance you'll get to see Vakir again IF you're unlucky.........is as a twisted and plague ridden parody of herself. She knew what she was doing when she sacrificed herself......she'll now be a plaything / bargain chip of the Warp. To be passed around like a coin or a toy. The Worst part of that though is not even The Emperor could save her here.
