Damn that skull up on the pipe at 16:40 had me searching forever. Found a way up onto the tops of the pipes but never could find the skull. Cheers!

Yeah, it wasn't obvious to me, either, as wasn't expecting the developers to add this new mechanic. But now we know to look for these skull-triggers for secrets in the remaining missions.
