Well, that was awesome. Thanks for putting this together! Though, what would I give for a game where you were regular human guardsman. Maybe an Omicron-grade psycher with a "knack" for survival. Pushing with your platoon through an invasion, watching faces come and go, barely avoiding death. Delicate as a feather next to the transhumans and monsters that surround you. But being the feather that breaks the camels back.

The only thing I would have changed is a subtle "None are ever above suspicion, *Chaplain*" to Leandros. He can be as prissy as he likes, it's pretty clear by everyone, which honestly IT SHOULDN'T BE, that Titus is in fact not a traitor. Which means Leandros has him as a black mark on his record. Calgar himself was pissed off about this, apparently, so there's no way he hasn't noticed that either. Chaplains are a very niche group and a very honored position, if he's gone around making false accusations of other brothers? Oh boy.

40K have to be some of the most imaginative books I've ever read. Imagine the story of a civilization that's on the brink of extinction, who discover travel throughout space through another dimension, the Immaterium, or the warp (basically Hell) and are subject to becoming possessed by the evil within it just for traveling through. Would be nice if the games based off the books were better, some have been OK, but most have been unworthy cash grabs, relying on the fanbase hoping and praying for a good adaptation.

I've never played this game, only watched the gameplay but Astartes put me on a few years ago. And the lore ever since then has just intrigued me. The dialogue is so cold🥶...too cool. Space Marines dont give a feck, some chapters will shoot the guardsmen who just survived a tough fight, if they think they did not fight hard enough in their opinion, like the iron hands. Human lives, in 40k, are the by far biggest and cheapest commodity and the Imperium does not care. If 10 billion need to vanish, so that trillion others survive, it will be done without even a split second of hesitation. Sorry to burst your bubble.
