I really think bloodletters are some of the best models they have. you can paint them pink an they look even more terrifying. An the models are so bare bones you can add a time of flavour by just glueing odd bitz to them. I'd highly recommend them as a starting army

I was inspired by Viviepop's Helluva' boss's imp colour scheme. But I was wondering if blood letters can join a Chaos undivided Warband of Slaanesh? Maybe they can be Banished khorne demons? Or is that old lore fluff?

The OP beat me to it. I was gonna say, one can have black soulless eyes that also have a fiery glow to them. The eyes are all black in color but give off a fiery colored light. Having an imagination, or even just being able to visualize makes it both possible and easy to picture in one's head.
