Ahhhhhh... my favourite faction. The technology and society of these little buggers should provide us all with plenty of interesting videos. Also: Weren't craftworlds created long before the fall, as enormous trading vessels? Also also: It's a funny thing that economy has shapen Drukhari into what they are now. Think about it. Without webway trade route Commorragh wouldn't be created in the first place. Without semi autarkistic economy of noble houses, kabals wouldn't have power source to perform realspace raids. Without factories Vect wouldn't have created first black heart and war doctrine of DE would look completely different. All in all: cash rule even over immortal space edgies.

well Cammoragh basically started out as an interstellar space port on steroids, that kept growing in side to the point is absorbed other settlements

Well, I think its a bit more complicated than that. At the point when Slaanesh was born, they were already decadent as fuck, and most of them only survived because they hid away. But they were affected by the birth just like the regular eldar. However, the "normal" eldar hadn't partaken in hundreds of years of orgies beforehand so all they had to do was protect their souls via spirit stones. The Dark Eldar were already addicted to the aforementioned orgies, so who knows what biological changes that did to them when combined with their exposure to the birth of Slaanesh. All that put together has them being both addicted and dependent on torture and pain and nasty things just so their souls don't slip away to Slaanesh anyway.
