I dunno, Space Marine was badass! Inquisitor Martyr is way improved and fun than it was at release, awesome if you give it a chance. Space Hulk Tactics is a hidden gem. Boltgun looks sick! Chaosgate Daemonhunters looks super fun, plus Nurgle!

Wolves have increased senses and unlike other chapters with the exception of the Templars, they thrive in up close battle. Harder to ambush, harder to kill that way. Though the Terminator armor hinders their speed and maneuverability

I agree and it’s extremely frustrating. I want an RPG set in the 40K universe so bad. Something like KOTOR or Mass Effect maybe. They have some of the greatest lore and art in fiction and they don’t capitalise on it. The fact they haven’t turned it into a deep single player game or even an animation/movie is criminal, there’s so much potential.

Deathwatch however is a specialized force of veteran space marines tasked with eradicating all types of xenos. They are aligned with the Ordo Xenos, and while they are affiliated with the Inquisition, they are not bound by the Inquisitions will.

@@Aperson66779 Yep. It doesn't really portray what tyranids and more importantly what gene-stealers do. They are not exactly known to be exceptional combatants. They have numbers and stealth. A single terminator should take out several dozen of them on their own.

Yes, there are civilians, in fact there are billions of them. The space marines, the Astartes, are a relatively small number in the entire Imperial force, which is small compared to the total number of the human race. Imagine it the same as what is now on Earth in our world. There are huge armies, such as the US Army, but they are dwarfed by the entire population of humanity. Civilians are also divided in the same way as in our reality. There are rich, poor, ordinary citizens, slaves, masters, lords, politicians, bureaucrats, craftsmen, etc.

Because Space Hulks are unpredictable. They enter and leave the Warp at random. Granted at random, as long as they are not near planets, stars, or anything that can interfere with the Warp. They could be in the real space for days or simply hours before going back into the warp. Commissar Cain worked alongside The Reclaimers to hunt down a Space Hulk. It took a bit of time to follow it through the Warp, but that was because they had a point of reference, and the Warp currents where they followed it from were still 'fresh'. The other issue is that Space Hulks are literal mazes. And throwing an army at/into one isn't practical. Since it can be filled with any manner of things (mostly Genestealers and Tyranids and sometimes Orks) and might not even have power, air, or might have toxic air. And even if an army lands on a Space Hulk, they can't stop or control it (except sometimes, Orks figure out a way), so when the Space Hulk re-enters the Warp, well... everyone on board is basically dead, cause the Hulk could stay in the Warp for days, months, years, or centuries before it returns to real Space.

This is a waste of valuable Astartes. Their superior abilities are best used elsewhere, and they wouldn't be able to handle recovered archeotech if they found it. The Mechanicus is far more suited to combatting genestealers aboard a hulk. They may be millions, or tens of millions, but my forge-temple alone has billions of Kataphron Breachers to spare. Send them and let the foul xenos starve trying to smash themselves against steel and fiber bundles through gouts of thrice-blessed promethium.
