That UPI point is spot on. The moment salary arrives, I invest all of the non-need money and top up UPI lite around 2000 which acts as a buffer till rent, electricity and other payments within few days (5-6 days). Then I am left with 3000-5000 INR for the whole month 💀 That's the only method I have to stop spending habit.

I have never owned a credit card.. I dont even want it for now.. Because I know it can spoil me by tempting me to buy things that I dont need by highlighting the credits and perks.. But the society and banks these days want a credit score before taking a home loan or car loan.. So for this reason I am confused whether to own a credit card or not?
