I had this book with me for a while. After Ankur recommended it in couple of his videos, I actually ended up reading it. I ended up distilling the book and creating a framework with toolset that James Clear suggested. However, I think the most most most important concept is that of Motion vs Action or Planning vs Actual Execution. It is a game changer. In most cases we tend to build the most elaborate plan only to not follow it. This has been the case with me in lot of aspects. With Motion vs Action concept, I was able to bring this behavior of mine under scrutiny. That's the most important take away for me from this book. Glad to take @warikoo's recommendation.

I have been through many times to start reading but wasn't able to start due to my procrastination, kabhi bhi mere pass woh time hi nhi hota tha, then somehow after watching your reviewing "Rich dad poor dad" book, I thought to just read for 15 minutes a day and 2 minutes of meditation as Ankur sir said. Sir, again thank you a ton it's been around a month and I almost completed the book and these two habits have immensely changed my thought process, day living, the way of doing my work and completing my own work, and the most importantly I get a great satisfaction at the end of the day that today I have done something right, meaningful and gathered some new knowledge. So if these small habits can bring this awesome change in my life, why not learn and know about something more regarding our habits. I really wish to read the next book Atomic habit ❤️.

But without goals there will be no motivation or interest to build such, Instead we could combine it. Eg:- 1. Set an habit of reading books by the end of 2022 (this is measured by, reading 20 pages per day with interest) 2. Build an habit of mediating by the end of 2023 (measured by, were you able to meditate for 10mins in last 6 months) Etc I would love to know your veiw on this As well as whoever read this 😊 May you build best habits this year ❤️
