I had this book with me for a while. After Ankur recommended it in couple of his videos, I actually ended up reading it. I ended up distilling the book and creating a framework with toolset that James Clear suggested. However, I think the most most most important concept is that of Motion vs Action or Planning vs Actual Execution. It is a game changer. In most cases we tend to build the most elaborate plan only to not follow it. This has been the case with me in lot of aspects. With Motion vs Action concept, I was able to bring this behavior of mine under scrutiny. That's the most important take away for me from this book. Glad to take @warikoo's recommendation.

Hello Ankur Sir! I have to say that you inspired me to read non friction. I always enjoyed reading but I only read friction and I always associated books with stories. So the idea of reading non friction never really sat with me. But since last year when I started watching your videos, you kept recommending these books which I honestly thought I couldn't relate to. But with you constant recommendation of reading psychology of money, I finally decided to give it a try. And what do I say, I LOVED IT❤ I'm currently reading Atomic habits and I'm loving it so far. ( Also I have already purchased atleast half the books that you recommend) All I want to say is thank you for introducing me to these amazing books which I wouldn't have bought if it wasn't for your insistence. Keep inspiring!!👍

Hello Warikoo Sir, I understand what you are trying to convey by telling us to build habits rather than setting goals.. But without goals there will be no motivation or interest to build such, Instead we could combine it. Eg:- 1. Set an habit of reading books by the end of 2022 (this is measured by, reading 20 pages per day with interest) 2. Build an habit of mediating by the end of 2023 (measured by, were you able to meditate for 10mins in last 6 months) Etc I would love to know your veiw on this As well as whoever read this 😊 May you build best habits this year ❤️

I was so much anticipating to get an update on a new video (specifically a review of the book 'GRIT'). To my disbelief, you just uploaded a video on critical review of a book. Thank you so much sir.
