One of the most useful videos on youtube. Thanks @warikoo. Summarized it and kept for future reference. Sharing it here for everyone. Thanks me later.😅 Mistake | Right thing to do 1. Speed is equal to Smartness | Speed is not equal to Smartness 2. Making mistakes so that managers/seniors could fix them | Doing the work right so that my manager could build upon my work instead of spending time correcting it 3. It is the manager's responsibility to give feedback. | My feedback is my responsibility 4. Not bonding with other teams of the office | Bonding with every department of the office 5. Not updating about the delay | Delivering the work without someone following it up. 6. Asking yourself if you're ready for the responsibility | Take feedback on what to do to get ready for that responsibility. 7. Converting individual needs into expected salary | Assessing the company's budget. 8. Commentary will always be easier than playing on the field | Not getting sucked into this zero-sum approach 9. Don't focus on the output | Focus on the outcome as to why you are given that task. 10. Judging the company behavior because of a misaligned manager | Reporting a misaligned manager or finding a different place if company and manager act the same 11. Taking criticism personally | Understanding the criticism calmly What is the single biggest thing you can do to help you towards professional success? People do not have to follow up when you commit to doing something. That's it. - Repeating the same mistake is a mistake wasted. - Learn from the mistakes of others….. you can’t live long enough to make them all yourselves - Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up.

Sir, you would've made many cry because nobody has ever explained these things as beautiful as you have done. I too was naive and immature in this working world and could learn lot of things. Nobody cares about our success, it is only our responsibility to carve one for ourselves. I wish I had this guidance many years back. Thank you sir.

Omg... You unintentionally solved a problem of me. In one video you had said that not knowing coding is one of your biggest regrets. And in this video you said, you sucked at accounting. Now, coding and accounting are two skills, almost everyone is talking about as new basic literacy. I was having some FOMO around not excelling in these. Thank you 😊

I can't study much so I am blaming myself, and keep overthinking, what can I do ? I am always so stressed. My father told me don't worry so much we have enough farming land that even if you don't get a job we will still survive. But I know how much they have spent on my education and if I can't justify that then I am a failure. Currently I am in final year engineering and yet I don't have a goal, don't know what to do in life.

Look I am also struggling but I have a piece of advice for you... If you don't know what exactly you want to do then set some short term goals like getting a job in placement and simply doing this and that exam, whatever opportunity you are finding before you try to grab that. Secondly when you study take a topic complete it and don't sit for Many hours don't make a long to-do list just short out few topics per day, your small achievements will help you to be punctual in studies. Lastly farm lands are good business Assets if you have any innovative ideas to earn income from them Maybe you can be a businesman but before that you need to visits some place or farm who are already doing business. Hope this can help you

Relax bhai, everything will happen when the time arrives , you will make you parents proud, you will make a good life for yourself. Take one day at a time, you do not have to prove anything to anyone, you’ve got to keep yourself happy, nothing else.
@syedamohammadi20712 жыл бұрын
There are much more things which you can explore if unable to focus. Nowadays, not so good in studies is an opportunity in fact. Do you know Why? Let me tell you, You can focus on other things & try learn those skill by scoring average mediocre marks while even earning through those skills There is no use of good grades in studies if we are unable to earn through it & fulfill our parents dreams but skills can Now, I am learning those as My good grades are of no use but skills are even with average or poor grades But learn mostly from KZbin related to your education if you're civil engineer learn soft skills Revit autocad etc I hope this helped you & other readers!

The thing he faced in his second job. I also faced in my first project. I am zero in coding. Even before working for that project I said I'm not good in coding. Still they gave me that work(maybe cuz I was fresher and and they wanted employee with low salary). And in the end my lead and I were did most work together. After that I took decision to change my career in QA. Where salary is always 20% less than dev most times. Bt ya atleast I don't make mistakes and waste so much time for me and my team and the work matches my skills also.
