I thought the jump scare was going to happen right away, but Wario just standing there menacingly in the distance, in the dark void, with it all going quiet, really added to the atmosphere. Then Mario had him in his eyesight at 7:48, and my heart almost died... LOL This is almost like a fever dream I had as a kid. If I was a kid and this was a dream, that ending would've woken me up in an instant panic, JFC... I have a thicker skin now, but this still is a 9/10 in terms of jumpscares. The wario apparitions are not even a 1/10. Lol sorry for all the rambling but this is just so damn interesting xD

Not bad for your first trip into the unknown. For starters, the Funhouse level was actually made by your desire to unlock Luigi and have a Wario level. Unfortunately, the game realized that you loved Wario too much and so it creates the mental image of Wario and even managed to perfectly replicable his voice. It's not just the head either, it's the whole body and it had me thinking “Mario is coming towards Wario but Wario is coming towards me” the whole time he was on-screen. What makes this way different from your ordinary Wario Apparition is that there is no Inexplicable Giant Floating Wario Head, just plain old Wario. This could be that you were so obsessed with Wario that the A.I did it's best to generate Wario's model from that information. Obsession and desire is what the A.I wants, and Wario has been found in several copies due to everyone starting to love Wario more. But in those copies he was just a head, but your copy was special. You managed to bring Wario to life as an entity who wants Mario to die. Not only that, but the jumpscare, which shouldn't be that much possible on an N64, managed to happen to cause the error screen to pop up. That is only possible if someone was crazy enough to imagine Wario in the game as a psychopath and kill Luigi like it's nothing. You seem to have the most unqiue flavor of the Wario Apparitions so far, and with proper training, the game can be it's own little descent into madness. A science experiment shows the ones who played the game were subdued to madness. This is only the first step; Wario's full body. With that piece in place, the potential from here on is limitless. Check out the other parts of the game, and maybe even include a progress report here and there to check up on the user's sanity. But beware, everything is not what it seems.

(Creation of an entity made by someone that is acknowledged of Wario Apparitions and Luigi, due to this, the entity 'Wario' wants the player character Mario to die. After 'Mario' dying, the music starts glitching, and noticeable visual glitches can be encountered more often before 'Mario' dying. After reading a sign. the video reaches peak weirdness(Color Inversion, Distortions.. etc.). After this(what seems death of 'Mario), the video returns to normal, but audio gets reversed sometimes. When 'Mario' falls down in, after a few seconds, the entity created;'Wario' kills 'Mario' for the last time, until the ERROR screen appears. The hexadecimal code below the word 'ERROR' when translated says the following: 'found(you' i typed this and watched the video at the same time lol)

That's pretty well made, although it would've probably made more sense if the Wario Model from Mario Party 64 was used since Wario still had the classic long sleeve design when Super Mario 64 was being developed and of course the technically limitations of the N64. Also Wario's messages on the sign seems pretty much in character since he pretty much teases just about anyone and is still likely mad at Mario for what happened at the end of Super Mario Land 2 The 6 Golden Coins.

A mini theory I made: Wario & Luigi get captured by the AI, taking them into a backrooms-like realm. The AI then chooses Wario as a host over Luigi due to the negative energy Wario has, which the AI then traps Wario's body into the void underneath the amusement park the AI constructed. Then the AI proceeds to torment Luigi through evil pranks, until he looses it, and dies, which the AI uses his soul to feed on. Then almost the same thing happens to Mario, but instead, he's furious due to knowing what happened to him, and seeks out Wario instead of letting Wario torture him. Eventually Mario comes across a statue at 6:03, with a disfigured Luigi on a cross. He gets really upset, and walks toward it, but the AI sees this and pulls Mario away. Then at one final attempt to find Wario and escape, he goes for the stairs, but this time instead of dying, he just falls through into the void, and sees Wario's body in the distance, completely motionless, and vehemently staring at him. Mario immediately knows something is very wrong, but has no choice but to go toward him, not realizing that the AI was luring him as prey. As he began to approach but nothing was happening, Mario let his guard down, and the AI voraciously attacks.
