I'm pretty sure you normally play the level with 3 characters and a boss fight, you can just replay it with only 1 character and the bossfight turned off

Penny is probably the best character in the game, the only thing that holds her back are the difficulty in controlling her, other than that her extremely fast fire rate and ability to cheat some minigames give her the highest skill ceiling by far

Sigh... we need more science/bookworm moe. :( The only ones I know for the most part are some old school 90's/00's classics, like Momo from Breath of Fire III, Yomiko Readman from Read or Die, and Yuki Nagato from Haruhi Suzumiya. :p And none of them are quite as young as Penny though.
