Make the tnt shockwave move upwards as it spreads out so it destroys more of the upper halves of buildings that are further away from the epicentre

@never_ending_cycle It is currently still in development and it doesn't exist yet. But it will soon and you can suggest any features for it when it does exist

@@longy5080 I almost wish the nuke was a separate mod all together the reason being that I already have gun mods that I currently use.
