Yea wish we could get this kind of video for every new champ released. I don’t mind the longer gameplay testing videos, but the 15 minutes of rambling (just reading) the text descriptions isn’t of much value.

Amazing series idea. So many times I've gotten a new champ and haven't wanted to watch 20 mini documentaries on them. I think human tourch would be great for one of these.

Big follower of a lot of things that you do, but I think this is the best thing you have ever done. There is such a need for these in the community, if you did one of these for every champ I would watch everyone of these. They would be a resource for the community for many years to come.

This video was Perfect is so many ways Brian. I think the voice overlay lends itself into a narrative rather than the active hit-by-hit videos. More epic for sure.

Nice, really like it! Short, precise and a good way to get a player accustomed to their asset. Great work!
@blackeagleshresvelg57794 жыл бұрын
I did not expect that to be good! Doing this weekly would be nice. It may have taken you while to make this first quickstart guide but Im pretty sure the next ones will be much quicker. The nice touches - visuals with the buffs, immunities (zooming in and out for emphasis) - most common counters - Havok was a good one, can also add Emma. (Note: the point with enumerating counters is not to list all but to name 1 or 2 most common - precise answers to different approaches - go ham or use heavies Hope to see more!

I didn't love Warlock when I first pulled him, but man that guy is a Swiss arm knife. Power drain, heal block, armor break, shock, bleed, regen, and triple immunities. Doesn't need to be awakened or rely on synergies. Pretty hard to beat. High quality vid, man!
@patricklee19904 жыл бұрын
Wish I had this vid readily available when I pulled warlock back in November, picked up most off this info as I've played the champ but would have been super helpful to watch back then to learn me beforehand.

I like the format. Very useful to quickly understand the basics of a champ.

Please keep doing these QuickStart guides. They give just enough info for players to know enough to get going and learn from experience without being uninformative or going over every single detail to the point of information overload.

BG, I listened to this video the first time and thought you were doing an inforemicial parody with your tone. However saw on the livestream you were looking for feedback and watched the video to see what effects you added. Honestly, this was a great short breakdown for anyone looking for a quick "how-to vid". If you're thinking of doing a series of sorts these would be great to recommend for players with questions on newly pulled champs. Thanks for the great content as well always BG!!

Great idea and will be quite useful to more than just the beginner. Will be useful to anyone who doesn't know the champ and wants to get a quick basic understanding of how to use them. They can later do more research and learn more advanced techniques. Good show ole bean!

A very well made video my man !! Warlock was my first 5* on r5 and I really think he is one of top 3 utility champ in the game! He can counter so many champs :) but I think he‘s best choice when it comes to Mister sinister and Havok... I even used him on 6.2.2 for mister sinister without Heimdall synergy. Instead I used Ultron synergy where it gives you a fury buff each time the opponent would apply a debuff which u are imune to :). Parry, heavy him, bait sp1 . When fury up, smash him :)
