He was probably motioning for her to leave the view. "Don't walk in when I'm recording!" 😄 I would have brought her in, "And this is my Daughter XXXX, and now that she's here with her bowl of Mac & Cheese, I have an opponent. It's the Allies versus the My Little Pony forces!" OMG, I used to do that with my girls. Gotta watch Lego Movie again. Very important message. 🙂

I think some kind of general tactics card is missing, something that randomises the current goal instead of just having all units push forward. Stuff like "dig in", "push towards X" "Flank left/right", "breakthrough" or things like that.

Cool part is you could always add these things to the cards you print. It's the beauty of the whole thing. You can play solo and can do what ever best suits you my friend. All of those a great idea and might just add a few to my solo cards. Thanks for sharing and appreciate you watching

@@2ManyHobbies16 doesn’t have to be I play with 15mm so the few people I play with we make up house rules all the time. Grenades, active aircraft the most notable

I'd be interested in any house rules you adopted as you played. I am interested to give this a second try and did partially use through one game. One obvious (maybe not) change for me would be if the "card player" in your case the Germans successfully hit with their mortar let's say on turn two, on the next turn I may automatically demand the German mortar activate on first opportunity as it is now zeroed in and hits on two. Seem like in many games I've played, the opponent's mortar doesn't want to give me the opportunity to move. Your thoughts?

I’d agree with the Rules adjustment for the Mortar.. same for any Artillery too. Just take the card out the stack. I’d say just try and play as if both forces are your own

Sure thing my friend, my advice or what I would do in such a situation , or house rule let's say. Is I always want to have a great game or a game that makes sense. In this situation using the card system I would play a card and if it was not the motor team house effect would take over. It makes sense that the motors would go so would not use card drawn and use the mortor team. That would be a tactical move . It's a AI Card system at times it needs help and is ok. Other thing is I added a option to certain cards and said option to advance to better location. Good thing about playing solo it's your rules for your game and no one going to fight you on it lol. Not without any flaws the card system for solo, but a few flaws you can adjust to is better than not playing at all.

Not absolutely perfect , but theses cards are great for getting Bolt Action on the table and getting games in when you have no one to play with.
