Warlord marco is the best version of marco in set 8

Thank God everyone is trying Marco. I think this could be the premier blue deck for the future, but it needs so much labbing. I can dig your list but I think not running Grav Blade hurts too bad. It's a lot of don but when you're opponent has 2 unKOable blockers that are stopping your plays, it's worth. Keep it up my man. You helped make me into a slightly better than casual OPTCG player.

For not enough I tried gravity blade and felt like it didn’t do much for the deck and I wanted to apply pressure more. Gravity blade made it seem like I gave the opponent the opportunity to catch up

Something I’ve loved with my list is the red top end (Rayleigh, 7 and 9 Newgate, plus Sanji) and the rest of the deck being warlords plus Boa 6 drop

Not sure if I’m on the right mark. Are we using Marco and the color blue along with the warlord to as an engine similar to rp law? Swing 7s fast and then with blue, we can bottom deck their cards

Yeah kinda. We’re using it to establish characters on the board and using those characters to apply pressure and fight for board control. Then we’re using the rush guys to finish

I didn’t try impel down but how does that help with low hand size? Do they have anything that generates card advantage?

@@heartpiratestcg op02 Ivankov lets you draw to 3 then play 1 6c or less impel down, . The best target is eb01 inazuma that has an end of turn effect if you have 2 cards or less draw 2. Thats one of the combos at the top of my head.

i find it cool how much variety this leader has personally i prefer another build that trys to survive on 2 life early and pop off at the end however zoro is almost unbeatable with 4 life

When you have played 200+ games a deck the desitions are very straight forward but for people starting to pilot a deck and actually trying their best it may be kinda harder to make up their minds. Not everyone makes Yt content and puts up the hours but still want to avoid placing last in locals. Not hating or anything just seen it happen. Thank you for the awesome content.

Nah I get it but taking 5 minutes to decide to counter like the most obvious counters is too much. In tournaments it’s 1 minute per action lol

Nah that's boring. You gotta keep the theme of the leader alive. I hate mix matched decks. It just looks tacky when you take into account the lore of the manga. If I'm using whitebeard or Marco or ace I'm using whitebeard pirates.
