This channel should be made into a drinking game. Every time he curses, touches something hot, yells at the neighbor's dog, there is loud gardening equipment in the background, someone makes a dirty joke, an aircraft flies overhead, or when he wipes his mouth with an entire roll of paper towels. It might be okay to watch one or two episodes but I think most people would be dead after three!

Amazing as always Sam! I grew up in Downeast Maine, right on the coast in a fishing village. Lobster fishing is a hard way of life. Kudos to the men and women who get them from the ocean to our tables. And kudos to you Sam for using the split top roll. As far as warm v. cold, mayo v. no mayo, as far as I'm concerned, the best lobster roll is the one you're about to eat. :-)

If you are a Maine-iac, you should recognize Sam’s as a ROCK lobster, not a Maine Lobster...lots of difference!! Maine does NOT export Frozen lobster, just LIVE... No matter the “style” as a Mainer I’d be pretty disappointed with a lobster roll without knuckle and claw meat like Sam did, especially if you’re paying the tourist tax.

Wow! Looks simple. Not drenched in Mayo. I’m doing this tonight with crab because, I’m in Alaska.

Knuckle meat, no breadcrumbs, no garlic, no celery, otherwise 2 thumbs up from this Bostonian.

I live in Mass and the first time I bit into a lobster roll with Mayo I calmly walked outside and deposited it into the closest trash receptacle. I can’t wait to make this version.

If you save those tail shells you can boil them in water before dropping in pasta noodles to boost the flavor of your pasta dish or Mac and cheese

Do grilled brisket tacos (the best) 1.) Slice raw brisket thin 2.) Season with season all or lawrys 3.) Grill on high heat (watch for flare up's because of high fat content) 4.) Using a clever chop meat (because of toughness) 5.) Serve on grilled corn tortilla (chopped onion, cilantro, lime, and salsa opcional) Creamy green salsa (most people think it has avocado but its a lie) 1.) Grill 5 jalapenos 2 serranos 2 cloves of garlic and a 1/4 onion 2.) Once charred blend everything together 3.) Crucial step slowly drizzle canola oil while blending to emulsify (if oil seperates stop and remove excess oil and reblend) 4.) Add salt to taste (even though it has a lot of peppers it is not a very spicy salsa. Really creamy in texture)

Suprised didn't use the towel to hold them while cracking them open since kinda hot and so don't cut yourself as well.. those lil tails and butter look pretty tasty and on top of a twist of pasta be good perhaps add some fresh grated parmesan n dash or 2 of heavy cream for a nice thin pan sauce type of thing going on finish a fresh squeeze of lemon then a few smal grinds of multi-colored pepper followed by a pinch of chef a nod fresh dill... but what you made I'd inhale for sure...
